Always have very good experience at this subway. I visit this subway 2-3 times a week. Simran was very helpful and she got Great customer service skills. Whenever i have visited this store someone from the staff greeted me. Would like to give 10 stars ⭐️ if possible

Whilst waiting in the queue to order myself a tuna sub (as i can not eat pork/ham/non halal meat), the woman ahead orded a ham sub and the server was holding the sliced cheese with the same glove as she touched with the ham and then putting the remainder of the cheese into the container. This is straight up wrong and cross contamination and makes it so any veg/pesc/halal eater will not be able to eat with that cheese and makes me think maybe everything is contaminated. I can't even order from this subway and this makes me wonder if all subway workers are like this too. This happened approximately at 16:30pm at 11/03/22 and you can see me in a postman jacket in the cameras see this and leave after witnessing this. Couldn't believe it.

Substandard Subway: we ordered a couple of subs for delivery on 16 Jan 2022 (Deliveroo order # 2035). One footlong sandwich didn’t have any sauce in it, the other one was missing most of the vegetables except for the tomato and corns). The salad ordered only contained tomatoes and onions. Not impressive at all! We called the store and got no response from the representative. We were told that the person working there doesn’t know how to process a refund. We were not allowed to talk to the manager as well.

Shocking service! Won’t be going here again! Looks like subway had a food shortage, no motivation or people skills … the place really has gone down hill.

Long wait but not particularly busy. Staff so slow and couldn't anwer basic questions. I've never seen anyone take so long to put salad on a sandwich. Coffee machine not turned on so no hot drinks. Food barely warm by the time we we got it. Manager more bothered with delivery orders and keeping 4 in queue.

I’m confident the food here poisoned me. It’s the only food I ate in the last 24 hours that I did not eat in the proceeding days. There was also a good amount of pork. It was also half of what came up.The manager also lost his attitude while I was there.

Manager rudely asked me and my colleagues to separate our tables while we were eating, then threatening to remove us from the building after we asked if we could finish our food first.Quite clearly lost his attitude.

UPDATE Feb 2020: the franchise owner must have decided to save money because in recent weeks they have cut the portions and now ask you to pay extra for what you would normally get. This portions reduction even extends to salad!! A member of staff confirmed that they had indeed been told to do this. They also won't let you have discount vouchers until you have paid for your order (even though I'm a regular customer) whereas other Subways make them freely available. I have spent hundreds of pounds here but I now avoid this Subway and will drive several miles to go to one where I feel valued and I get value for money.Earlier review: Very friendly staff and good service, that's why I keep coming back.
