Excellent food and great atmosphere to sit in and eat. The Toro's Special Sizzler is very nice and definitely worth a try. They take cash payments but there is a cash machine over the road.Parking: There is parking to the front of the building depending on the time you attend, otherwise there are nearby streets.

Absolute shambles of a place.Manager is rude and aggressive found hair in my food and notified staff and then decided to dig through my food with his dirty hands (like he’s gonna find gold) to pull out the hair and inspect like bloody detective.Proceeded to raise his voice shouting saying no staff have hair this long no way and then proceeded to shout saying it was my hair.Furthermore, after back and fourth not getting anywhere and the manager just getting more aggressive we left, as we walked out he said I don’t need your custom and swore.The steak was over cooked and others come out mooing garlic bread wet and soggy like it had been dipped in the sink.AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!Ps if you read this all I wanted was acknowledgement of the issue and treated with basic respect which your staff are not taught.

Hair in the food for a second timeWhen highlighted to manager he'd was very rude, after pulling out the hair and examining it he stated no one has long hair that is employed there. Even though there are waitress with long hair. He went on to inform me that the only female waitress he employs wears a hijab. Even though we were seated by a waitress who did not wear a hijab and had her hair in a pony. ( As it was close to closing I believe most staff had gone home)He implied that the hair was from ourselves ( 3 HIJABI women)I then told him this had happened to me the last time I came and the waiter at the time said exactly the same thing, stating they do not have any staff with long hair.He then proceeded to get other customers who were regulars involved in the complaints which just exacerbated the complaintsHe then proceeded to tell me he. "didn't need out custom" he was very shouty and loud. Did not want to apologize for the hair or even acknowledge it came from the restaurant.Would not be going backI would not recommend anyone else to go either unless you want hair in the food and other customers being involved in a complaint)

Poor showing, starters took 40 mins to come out and they forgot about the mains and came over to give us the bill! Wow truly shocking customer service all around. Not to mention the smell it leaves in your clothes and hair.

Brilliant restaurant with a great atmosphere and fabulous staff members. The food was amazing! The presentation and taste were incredible, the sizzling brownie went down a treat with my girls!Definitely recommend Toro's to family and friends. Hidden gem ?

To all the people wondering 'why cash only' or 'why card machine' never works, its a HMRC scam as cash can be hidden from the tax man without being traced, been going on for years. Food was good though, I enjoyed it.
Chicken was cold. Ordered medium hot, was sweet with a little spice. I don't think the meat was fresh, it had an odd texture to it. Charging 3.95 for tap water.

Sneinton Nottingham Toros . Unfortunate after 7 yrs went to this place . First visit 7 yrs ago was good experience so thought go again . What a disappointment . Portions ok . Coleslaw very small portion as a side . Service young man good kept coming to ask if everything ok. White young man . The two Asian girls did ask but when it came to paying bill , the change came back £1.00 short. The original girl who took the bill did not show her face to sort out the discrepency and sent the other girl . No apology for the mistake / OR WAS IT A MISTAKE ??!!For sure will in future go back to Faro’s . Last six years been happy there and you don’t get mistakes their either.Good prices much more reasonable at Faro’s for same food and you can get normal water if you don’t want bottled . Toros no ordinary water available . Spend your money then you get water. !!?Won’t be visiting here again for sure!!
