Food is alright, but the kitchen is extremely dirty and disgusting. Seating area is always dirty and even the staff's hands are full of gunk when they serve the food. I have no idea how the authorities has allowed this restaurant to keep running with this poor level of hygiene.

Ordered for delivery a large chicken tikka lamb sheesh mix kebab, a regular chicken tikka kebab & a regular portion of chips.The large kebab was tiny!! the few pieces of meat were cold & overcooked & massively disappointing.The regular kebab was a joke & the couple of pieces of meat again overcooked.The portion of chips was half a standard portion & cold & hard.Probably the worst takeaway kebabs we have ever had. £28 paid & both still hungry! I would have been equally disappointed if I’d paid just £5! And it wasn’t worth that.A total rip off, just terrible, avoid at all costs.

Order food from them via just eat! Pizza came squashed in the box! I have an allergy to onions when I ordered I stated no onions and my kebab came with onions! I’ve requested a refund! When I rang the man didn’t seem bothered! And admitted not looking at the notes! You could kill someone by not looking at the notes! Good thing I checked my food before eating it!

The portion size wasn’t just small it was tiny & i’d paid extra for a large mixed kebab. It arrived cold & the meat was hard & overcooked. Probably the worst kebab I’ve ever been served. So very disappointing.

Unclean no fresh kebab meat. Luke warm. 3 kebabs from there thrown up every time . They need investigation. Took 2 weeks to respond to this with a bad attitude to customer service. Please everyone read the reply. Plus you won't find a food hygiene sticker on their door.i urge you to read other customer complaints and some of the downright rude and unprofessional answers from the owner!If you want a good fish n chips and or a real fresh Kebab get it from Carrington fish bar.They are clean fast and totally professional in my humble opinion.

Absolutely disgusted with the service I’ve received today & yesterday. I placed an order at 3:55am yesterday on Ubereats - and I rang up to confirm my order. The black guy that works there regularly was so rude and cancelled my order! Hangs up the call on me abruptly too! Today I decided to give them the benefit of doubt & ordered earlier at 3:43am as I am a regular customer & guess what. He cancelled the order again. Me & my whole family are never ordering from this place again. Very upsetting as I love the food from here, but cannot take the disrespect from that stupid idiot that works at the front. Letting your business down.

At like 1.30am I decided to treat myself to a birthday kebab before bed. Service was super fast but the next morning I lived to regret my decision as I was running to the toilet every 30 mins, had stomach cramps all day and could barely get out of bed. Such a shame as I used to come here every once in a while for a treat but will be avoiding going forward.
TOOTH IN KEBAB AND NOW A SMASHED UP PIZZA. Absolute crap. Had a tooth in a kebab, pizza was smashed up in the box and when you call, they claim to not be able to hear you. DONT EAT ENYTHING FROM HERE!!!! EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Dirty staff and cooking fish oil was darkFish too small for the priceUse to eat here everyday back in 2017-18 and that time they use to do good size fishPrices going up and fish going down ??But last thing fish taste was good ?

DONT EAT HERE FOOD GAVE ME DIARRHOEA. AND THEY'RE SO DIRTY!! WHEN I WENT IN TO COMPLAIN A FEW DAYS AFTER I SAW HOW DIRTY THEIR GRILL IS. I’M SURE THE GRILL THEY USE HASN’T BEEN CLEANED IN YEARS!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRENDOUS THEY DIDN'T EVEN CARE!!

Without question the best kebab in Nottingham... fresh naan made infront of you, quality kebab (not greasy) excellent choices of food and add.kns for ghose hungry... Great staff and the price is bang on... what else do you need this is quality fast food...
