Thought I’d pop in during the Forest game on the 30th as I was passing by. It was already 10 minutes into the game and the jobsworth of a bouncer asked if I had a match ticket and wouldn’t let me in without one. If I had a match ticket I’d have been in the stadium you numpty!

Customer service is on the top level! We had a lovely Christmas meal, nothing was an issue, very helpful, professional, friendly team, who really look after their guests. Food was also very nice, caterer for GF without any issues, we will definitely come back for another gathering. Amazing place, totally recommend!

If you only have 2 barstaff on a saturday afternoon when county are at home , shocking, ordered food, still waiting nearly an hour after ordering, somebody needs to sort it out,gone downhill from last visit in 2021, (wrexham fan 28/10/2023).

Nice bar, good selection or beers on tap, a few on cask and lots of spirits. Several TVs for sports and plenty of space to stand and watch the football. Didn’t eat there but good menu and the food did look nice. Dog friendly. Staff helpful and quick when it was quiet but during the football rush it was quite slow. Really nice outside area some sheltered seats some allowing the sun. About £6-6.50 a pint which i feel was a bit on the high side for the area. Nice place to watch sports but wallet is hurting today!

Loves this place, been wanting to come for months due to other recommendations and I'm really glad I've listened to them. Amazing service, everyone is very attentive to all our requests and need. The atmosphere is enjoyable with nice background music not too loud that we can talk. The food is absolutely amazing, we couldn't stop ordering more because everthing was so amazing we wanted to see how amazing the other items of the menu was.

Was there for Forest match day. Great stir, but staff coped pleasantly with the crowd. Security on door were easygoing and helped create a relaxed atmosphere.

Used to love the matchday experience here but now we have lost the table service it is a big free for all at the bar resulting in a bad tempered atmosphere where before it was jovial. And the food now is dreadful served in takeaway
Hire more staff!! Every time I go in, bartenders are complaining that there is nobody collecting glasses, they haven't eaten or had a break yet, this or that needs doing and there's nobody to help. Often there's a long wait on food or they just stop taking orders, and long queues for drinks even at moderately busy times. I was there the other day and all draft beers behind the bar were off, best guess is they couldn't spare anyone to change the kegs or order more in whilst they service customers.They just seem understaffed, overworked and the service is unfortunately indicative of that. No fault of the staff, they're doing their best but just seems very poorly run, and the customer experience suffers greatly as a result.

Went in last Friday before the forest game what a shambles no organisation by door staff single file que like being in the playground and charging a pound for the glass your drinking out of this is scandalous never again

Lunchtime service ,very slow for food. When it arrived, the food was lukewarm. I had a steak ciabatta. which was hardly cooked and full of gristle and fat. So i sent it back. ☹?I will not be returning for food.

Went in last Friday and saw the manager shouting at one of the members of staff. I’m not sure what she was supposed to have done wrong but the way he spoke to her was disgusting and I won’t be returning. I hope she’s okay.

Lovely pub, friendly staff, great location. The food was good except for the pizza, which was incredibly bad - a factory-made frozen base which had been baked until it was as dry and chewy as a coaster. The kids didn't seem to mind though, so your mileage may vary!Avoid the pizza and you'll have no complaints!
