Pumps very slow in operation, often no protective gloves available, had an issue with redeeming Shell Go last visit, staff member did not seem fully trained up to resolve, station well presented.

Bloody joke no shell v power and only E10 available, but carnt use E10 because its an old car, bloody joke! Wasted more fuel just to get rubbish fuel from tescos just because of it!

Called for some petrol yesterday afternoon sat in car whilst my partner put petrol in, was watching the cashier repeatedly licking her finger turning pages on a magazine then serving customer. WE HAVE A PANDEMIC COVID-19 thousands of people have lost their lives.
Terrible, put some fuel in and went to pay but card declined. No phone on m e so made to leave watch as collateral as went home to.sort out (wife had transferred money to wrong account) use the garage on the other side it's a better service.
