Very bad experience. Would not recommend.Service very poor, took about 2 hours for pizza to arrive so cold food, customer service is absolutely absent. Just order anything else and avoid.

Took 1hr and 30 min for food to arrive, the whole order was wrong, called them and they said they’d make our order properly and send it out, still waiting nearly 3 hrs after the phone call with no food and no one is answering their phone, absolutely disgusting service, these people should be ashamed of themselves, won’t be ordering from here again!!!!

Really bad food and service since new owners have taken over , ordered food 2weeks ago took 2 hrs and we live across the road , arrived cold so sent it back . Any ideas of an alternative pizza place ?

Had to wait just shy of 2 hours for my order to arrive, then when it came it was cold. The first time I rang (after waiting just over an hour) I got told it will be 5 minutes it's on the side all packed just waiting for the driver. Then after waiting a further 40 minutes I rang again and was speaking to somebody on the phone at mamma Mia and they just placed the phone on the side and didn't speak to me but could hear them in the background. Tried calling back since and it is like they have blocked my calls.
I usualy eat from here but something has changed i had 2 pizzas that were bland tasted watery it took a long time to come i live round the corner and a hour and half it took the person on the phone was rude so dissapointed i used this place all the time but now ill be looking else

Been going here for years but now the pizza tastes different we had sweet veg hot shots and margarita. No where near as good as it used to be the ingredients must have changed and it takes 40 minutes for collection where as its always been 15-20 minutes for the last 10 years . I think it's changed hands but can't be sure. Friendly staff though

Visited late about 11pm on a thursday when everywhere else was shut, only ordered some fries, and they cooked them to order, good portion size too.

Highly recommend the meal deal 1, no better value than a 10 inch pizza, 10 inch garlic bread with cheese, chips, coleslaw and any 2 cans of choice for £13 if you collect ? yes £13 ? always ready within 15 mins and super friendly!
