Muffin Break

We went to muffin break for lunch. Food quality not great, had what was supposed to be pistachio cheesecake, tasted nothing like cheesecake, too sweet and not fresh. Also had the Spanish pigs n blankets with cheese, tasted awful, essentially a loaf of chutney, no bacon, bread dry. Finally wife ordered the turkey and trimming Yorkshire pudding. Always crowded although there are a few international coffee brands near by.I have tried out their cookies which are really really good.Service is quick and friendly, the staff is probably used to the rush and is effective in quickly going through the order.They have plenty of seating and almost always it's full.Seems like a local favorite.

This is a nice café. I had the mocha. The seats were comfy. The staff were friendly. I didn't have anything to eat on this occasion, but there was a lovely display of cakes and sandwiches. I would recommend this place.
