Caffè Nero

Today I visited Cafe Nero, when it came to my attention that it was extremely busy. However, a wonderful lady named Yam politely served me, despite the fact that it was clearly stressful. I ordered a honey oat latte, but there was no more honey syrup left. While I was thinking of something else as an alternative, she quickly had a solution that no other baristas would have done in my opinion, at least; she offered to add actual honey instead, and it worked so well. Café Nero at Westfield London offers a cozy ambiance with comfortable seating, perfect for a quick coffee break or casual meet-up. The service is friendly, and the coffee is consistently good, with a variety of pastries and light bites. It can get busy, but it's a reliable spot for quality coffee in a bustling shopping center.

Fine, but like most Caffe Nero (and other major chains) in London: not as nice as the ones you'd typically find in any smaller town or city elsewhere. Be aware there's no toilets but public ones around the side.
