“Friendly Place, child/baby friendly. I had a panini and a pumpkin spice latte and both were delicious.
Kid-friendliness: Space for kids to run in the main barn, high-chairs and boosters available, books and other items to keep toddlers entertained.”

“Delicious breakfast en route home. Chorizo & crispy fried eggs with mashed avocado on sourdough toast (not on the drop down list later in survey, so please add it in!)”

“We started coming here after a change of management and awful food in the pub next door. So glad we did! The food is amazing, fresh and we've never had a bad meal. Would strongly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“Absolute gem of a cafe. Delicious food and the personal service really makes it a special visit. Keep going back as I'm always made to feel welcome and can't beat the food. Reasonably priced as well. Can't recommend enough!”

“Best sandwiches in Abingdon.
I no longer live in the area but always make time for a stop whrn I am visitng friends of family as the Chicken Mayo is one of the best I have ever eaten. I don't like brown bread but always opt for the brown bap as something about them is just awesome.
My love for the shop was made even stronger after my recent lunch. I was unable to go in store so ordered through just eat but unfortunatley, there was o ly 1 sausage roll left when I ordered 2. Instead of juat leaving it off or issuing a refund, they made an entire sausage baguette to make up for it! This more than made up for it and just re-confirmed why I love this place so much!
Parking: Paid parking on West st helens street or free on street outside co-op if you are lucky.”

“Often meet a friend for coffee and sit on the sofas
Lovely place and always better to support an indy
Love that they do tea by the pot
Understand their signage about maximum stay but it does come across a bit snippy”

“Been here a few times now, sometimes for a quick coffee and sometimes for a brunch / lunch. Every time, I have been welcomed by cheery friendly staff who are always willing to help. The place generally has a very positive vibe. There is ample seating inside and out. Outside you have to be aware that the seating isn't directly in front and a bit to the right facing outside.
We had one time where our food orders took 20+mins and they'd forgotten one of our orders which was a tad disappointing given the reviews but perhaps it was a bad day so willing to give them the benefit of the doubt.
You have to order at the counter and they bring food the the table. Most times I've usually had a hot drink. Coffee is good, not life changing but does the trick. Food is so-so. I've ordered a few things from sandwiches to paninis and what's been disappointing is the lack of oopmh / seasonings / garnishes / salads. For example, going the other week I ordered a chicken and chorizo sandwich, which while nice, it was just that on the plate and nothing else. For the price, I would have expected a small side salad or crisps to eat with it.
Other than the above, as a small cafe serving good food and drinks can't really go wrong and will probably be visiting again.”
