This morning I ordered something from this Costa Coffee via Uber with detail information about how to reach my doorstep, telling that I need the order at my doorstep. The driver came downstairs and he texted me to come downstairs and pick the order. I texted him at once that, I am physically unable to go downstairs and I requested him to go upstairs. Uber app was showing that he read my messages but he intentionally was silent for seven minutes and then he texted me back to come downstairs. I told him again that I’m physically unable to go downstairs and please come upstairs and then he said "okay". All of a sudden he tapped "delivered" and I never received the order. I have been reporting this to Uber app and Uber customer service multiple times this morning and in reply to both of my previous customer service reports, the Uber said that the driver waited for seven minutes so I cannot get the refund. But Uber Eat did not take into account that when I tried to contact Driver he never received my call and he didn’t reply to my voicemail . He read my text and still was waiting for seven minutes, intentionally, downstairs without any empathy for a physically unable person to go downstairs to take their food, I tried lots of time to contact Uber Eats about this and they were giving me the same automatic reply that the driver waited for seven minutes. I don’t know whether the delivery partner was from Costa Coffee itself, but the struggle and inconvenience I had this morning was never compensated.

As usual, a Costa coffee is a great place for coffee and a bit to

Coffee was good but the service, like most Costas was very very very very slow. Only one toilet so there was a constant que for that too. If you're planning a quick stop this is not the place.

Met up with an old friend for a coffee and was rewarded by a £60 parking charge for "overstaying". I've used this Costa many times since it opened and was not made aware of the new limit on parking. My last ever visit to an Costa - I'm done with a company that treats its customers so badly.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Spacious cafe and have outdoor seats. I don't why no WiFi is provided there!

Quick stop travelling on the way to our holiday. Had a oat latte, always nice and s vegan toasties which was OK. But we were talking about a vegan cake (dairy free) and the a man behind the counter pointed out their biscoff cheesecake. Which was delicious. All staff were friendly and helpful. Clean and tidy and has a nice outdoor seating area too.

Totally average really. Just a coffee shop in the middle of nowhere, you know exactly what you are going to get.The service is quicker than the McDonald's opposite and it is clean.
Costa Milton rocks, service from the staff is great , we go their nearly every Wednesday or Thursday

Friendly staff as always and quick service

Watch out for the parking charges. I overstayed the 2 hour limit whilst chatting with friends and received a £60 parking charge as a result. £100 if I don't pay promptly.

Arrived only to be told you can’t sit down inside and you can’t use the toilets. Had to sit in car and it was not clear why. Someone else attempted to sit down and was told to leave.? Someone else trues to use the toilet- not allowed. Sign up saying register your car number plate. When I asked I was told you don’t need to do this. Not the best experience.

Went on Monday morning but unfortunately they did not have enough staff so shut the cafe early so people could not get in after we went there ?
