Older female staff member got very rude with me when I asked why all the breakfast was warm but not the pastries. Kindly asked if she could re-heat it and just looked at me like I was some kind of idiot - won't be coming back.

Staff is rude and unapproachable. The older member of the staff yelled at me cause I scanned the QR code too early. They seem to get along with trade workers very well, however they are not interested about the rest of the clientele. If you don’t like your jobs, do something else.

Came here for one of the free O2 coffees. As soon as I showed the code, the staff member almost refused to accept it, claiming it wouldn't work, then started to complain that it costs them too much money and the contract will be going to Caffe Nero in June. Dreadful attitude, no wonder it was empty. Won't return.Update: Greggs gave me £15 to say sorry but I still won't return to this branch.
