The owner of this franchise is very rude. She has a very nice Spanish speaking lady in her drive thru who got our order wrong when we pulled back around the manager/owner told us we were wrong at first and that she gave us what’s on the receipt even though it was not what we ordered. She laughed at use belittled us and took 15 minutes just to get the correct order after we ard had to drive back. I will personally never spend money or energy here again. There are so many other stores in this shopping center an amazing Chick fil a next door they always get it right, Panda Express across the street, and a KFC Taco Bell a few doors down. If you want to save your patience and time I suggest not going here horrible experience.

The staff is super attentive and the place is spotless! That's the experience during the day when you eat in. Unfortunately I haven't had the same experience in the same place in the drive though at night.

Ordered 2 mayo chickens. The guy through the drive wasn't paying attention. I got a burger without any mayo or lettuce cause he was clearly distracted!

How hard is it to give people what they have ordered and paid for. This becoming a joke. Once again my wife didn't get her order so ended up with just chips. Surely if you employ people who quite obvious don't give a dam they should be replaced. But just think about it if you do this to maybe 10 people 7 days a week someone's making lots of money for nothing.. Sorry Abingdon McDonald's your a joke. Have you read the reviews at no point does the management ever comment. Say's it all really doesn't it why would you reply as your taking money for a service your clearly not providing

Strange parking layout, to get to the entrance you have to walk alongside the queuing cars and then negotiate some barriers. Not ideal for my 92 year old mum. Slow service.

Overnight shift is utter c*** managedOrdered my food 3am last night, staff just wandering around mopping floor then go grab and prepare food, then back to the mop... anyway 3:25am got my food handed completely wrong, spoke to staff, he said going to get my food done 2 mins... 10 min after a manager showed up to the till and then spoke to him again no interest, I literally had to shout to get him back and sort.. again said was gonna prepare my food which arrived again 10mina after.We were in a group of 5 and 3 had the food wrong, long wait etc.. so did other customers before and after us

Stopped off for a quick lunch.Both chicken burgers were warm, rather than hot, even though we waited for a while for the second one (thought that one must've just been cooked to order, but nope).

This place is horrendous. Every time we get takeaway, most of the food is missing from the order. Drinks are missing, too. Then they never want to put things right. The last order was around 40 quid, and only half of the order turned up.

I liked this McDonald’s. Not from the area and was just up visiting so first time at this branch.It was a Sunday afternoon and the place was packed solid both inside and out.We were about to give up when I said let just try the drive through.Got to the order speaker in minutes. Maybe waited 5 minutes to pay at the next window, then straight to the last window where the order was ready.Food was correct, good temperature and tasty higher recommend

Absolutely horrific. They messed up my order four times! Only five simple items and they couldn't get it right. No apology, because they don't care about the customers at all, especially the manager who's particularly nasty. One of the worst McDonald's in Britain.
