It's a McDonald's so food and atmosphere are what you'd expect for a fast-food place.The service however, is always fantastic with really friendly and polite staff.

Quite the nicest macdonalds we have ever been in . There was a greeter who directed people to the most efficient way to order. Food was brought to the table and cleared away. Really lovely staff too. Obviously a team motivated by great managers. Unexpectedly fabulous.Vegetarian options: McPlants may not be the most natural of food but no animals is harmed and they are tasty!

I arrived just after they had a power cut, understandable that this is out of their control but communication was terrible about when their systems would be up and running. Service is poor.

Just stopped off on my way home, i ordered 5 breakfast at 10:40 at tge drive thru, was asked to pull up and they will bring my order to the car. 15 mins later nothing, i asked one on the staff delivering food to the cars where my order was, she came back five mins later to say it was just being done? 10 mins later a manager came to the car with the wring order and asked what i had ordered? This was now past the breakfast times so asked for a refund. Manager went on to explain that her staff definitely delivered the order to my car????? Bad experience!

It's a McDonald's selling McDonald's - you know what you are getting!Fairly tired setting, few lurking teenagers, not particularly warm - our fault for calling at 23.00 on way home from mid-week football. In & out in 20 minutes, think it's called fast food! Clean

The traffic during the day is not great, especially at lunch time. The road design is poor and the car park is way too small considering how many customers there are a day. People are constantly battling to get a space and the spaces are so small vans protrude comically far out. Good food but needs a major revamp.

Breakfast here was superb. Hash browns were hot, crispy, no residual oil and well salted. Perfection. Double sausage muffin was well put together and hot. Coffee was great. We sat outside but could see the insides are clean and service was prompt despite being very busy at the time.

Our food was shown as ready and we could see it however food delivery services were being prioritised. In the end we had to ask for our food pointing where it was just sat. On collecting the strawberry milkshake was more plain than strawberry and the coffee not as good as usual. The toilets could also have done with a clean and the restaurant bins emptied. Not recommended

Staff that bought the food to mutable was bubbly. Happy and very helpful. excellent. However, needs more ordering points, 2 was far too little!!
It's a McDonalds! However, it was a very clean one and the food was well prepared and very fresh. Probably the best one I've been in for a very long time. Plan to stop there next time I'm on my way somewhere in the A34

Worst ever place to try to eat delivery food always wrong nothing they will do other than give you a customer service number when hey you just went without food because of their incompetence. Lots of I’m sorry and nothing to do really they just don’t care and have idiots working for them who always get it wrong.Fed up and hungry now

The place was heaving with customers. Both toilets had no toilet paper, no hand towels, and the air dryer in the gents was broken. The waste bins inside were full up. Someone needs to get their act together.Parking: There is an overspill parking section as you drive in on the left.

I must say. I have grown tired of MCDONALD'S. Everytime I go there they ask me to wait in the parking lot for my drinks. Sometimes up to 20 minutes. So what's the use of a drive-through service? This seems to be a common thing at their outlets. Today I had to go in to ask what's going on and they got it all wrong. Then the manager made my milkshakes in an instant! Seriously?
