Just don't. You get better service at the mcdonalds across the road. The staff are very rude and full of attitude. service is slow. Our plates were actually thrown down on the table and they waitress walk off in a huff. They clearly dont want to stay in business.

The food was nice, kids were free! BONUS.Quiet, so not an atmosphere, but if quiet and relaxing is what you need. It's perfect.Kid-friendliness: Great choice for kids. Breakfast was free for them.Parking: You must register your number plate.Wheelchair accessibility: It's suitable for wheelchair access.

This place seems to be falling apart, looks like it's fading away, definitely seen better days. The service was ridiculously slow for what we ordered. The food was distinctly average. Unfortunately for us there was a family group of boisterous loud people and kids screaming and running around right next to us. The staff - when we saw them were pleasant and helpful.

We had a delicious roast and kids meals and Caitlin did an amazing job looking after us - we felt she really cared and kept us informed at all times despite being very busy!

Never had a problem across multiple previous visits for an evening meal, but recently went for the breakfast for Mother's Day (as advertised on boards around the local area). As far as I could tell, they were not accepting walk-ins as they were busy. Luckily we booked a table for 9:30am. Not so luckily we waited an hour after being seated to have our order taken. When going to the continental buffet almost everything was empty for the ~2 hours we were there. There was very little orange juice.I overheard a staff member saying they didn't expect it to be that busy, surely for Mother's Day most people would have booked ahead, like we did?The food eventually arrived mostly cold, 15 minutes before the kitchen closed. The lady serving said she would pop back to take any orders for a second serving (as it was 'unlimited breakfast'). I can only assume they were drastically understaffed, and cannot place too much blame on the staff that did turn up (except the ones hanging around the bar catching up on gossip, or the one that didn't really know how to "clear the tables for lunch")All in all, a generally poor experience.

Waited 50 minutes for breakfast to be served cold and the wrong order. Ordered additional items from the ‘unlimited breakfast’ which never arrived. When prompted for our original order, wait staff laughed and said that the kitchen was busy, despite us being one of the first tables to order in a 1/4 full restaurant. No apologies were given for the wait. No plates available to carry toast to the table. The restaurant had ran out of some cold drinks. The coffee machine was not working. When leaving, could see the chef outside smoking and looking into the river for around 10 minutes.

Food took ages to arrive. Most of it was cold and dried out from waiting to be brought to the table. What did arrive wasn't very impressive. We won't be back!QR code for gluten-free items does not work.

Cooked breakfast? It was all completely cold except for the scrambled eggs (no poached available) which were lukewarm. The tomatoes didn't appear to have been cooked for more than a minute in the first place.Beefeater should look into this restaurant as, when I went to write this review, I noticed a lot of negative ones recently. They're letting a normally reliable chain down badly.

Food is fairly average but good enough. I think you know what to expect at a beefeater. I was really impressed with the staff there. Very helpful in making sure I got a good deal. They were all friendly and welcoming.

Went in for my birthday meal.Starters... mushrooms were cold inside... they did replace themMains... forgot onion rings ... condiments eventually arrived half way through the mealDessert lovelyWe have since worked out they messed the bill up. We ordered the 3 course meal...we were charged for a 2 course meal and full price dessert. Not really the best experience for my birthday

Took nearly an hour from ordering until the food arrive. Food came cold and wrong so we reckon they must have given our order to someone and we got someone else food. We didn’t want to spend 1.5 hours for breakfast since we have plans later but we ended up having to eat cold bacon and quickly left.
