This is a joke of a pizza hut as more than three time I have ordered classic crust with no garlic and every time they have put garlic on and said I never mentioned it with out garlic Evan when I brought a recording in saying classic with no garlic they are denying saying they never heard me one of my family members is really allergic they could end up in hospital from. And do they care know all they give a toss about is there money they are making on orders

Terrible experience with this Pizza Hut. If you don’t have any delivery drivers then why advertise this on the website? Ordered two pizzas, and the tracking on the website said it was delivered in 30 minutes but we hadn’t received it. Called them and they said it’s on its way and stuck in traffic (lies). Checked and there was no traffic. After multiple phone calls and excuses and an hour and a half later they said they have a shortage of delivery drivers. When it arrived 2 hours late they only gave us one pizza! Spoke to the manager, and they finally sent us the other pizza but by this point it was almost 3hours late. Very disappointed, they also don’t do refunds unless you apply through the website. Don’t order from here. Wish I went to dominoes instead!

Food is your typical Pizza Hut.The service ?? they have no idea what they're doing.Sometimes you order Pan they get you the normal pizza, sometimes your order gets delayed 20m or half an hour.It's chaos in there, unless you really love Pizza Hut like I do, you find your experience worthy of coming back ?

Waited over 40 mins despite app stating 19 mins. Stood around waiting for a while inside, pizza was average, very little toppings and parts not with cheese on, was ok but wasn't great

Ordered the chicken wings and chicken chunks. Disgusting weird textured chicken, slimey and luke warm. You have been warned, I certainly won’t be ordering from here again. Disgusting food and way over priced.

Rang the place to get a confirmation on whether it will still be fresh, because the order was late, the man on the line said yes, but unfortunately that was a big fat lie.The pizza was soggy, was 1 hour late to arrive, and 2 out of 3 toppings were missing. Not great customer service to say the least.

I ordered two pizzas, one was absolutely soggy and the other pizza had been pressed down with something heavy. Therefore all the cheese had come off the pizza and stuck to the lid of the box. I phone the hut and they said two new pizzas will be sent in 20 mins. However, nothing was delivered so I called 8 times but no response and they closed for the night. Next day, I called the hut again and I was asked to make a complaint online and ask for a refund. Horrible food and service. I would not even give it 1 star if it was possible.

Buyer beware my wife and I ordered on 3/25/22 a supreme pizza for delivery paid with credit card over the phone when I got my credit card statement I was charged $123.14 made several calls Spoke with Jared Doss the manager Two times no results called corporate office three times was told some one would call me back still have not received a call back as of 5/26/22 this was only our second order from Pizza Hut previously we have been getting Pizza deliveries from Domino’s for years never a problem.
If I could give less than 1 star I would. Ordered £22 worth of food. Had call from driver before delivery time which I thought was good - but oh no! Got asked to go outside to collect my delivery. Said I would but he wasn't outside my property. Driver called Lalu was unable to tell me where he was & repeatedly told me I had my address wrong!! He refused to deliver my food & told me I had to collect from Abingdon store. Called the store & spoke to someone who said they would get the driver to come back out to me. Still no delivery after 40 mins so called store back only to be told the delivery driver had gone home & they now had no drivers!! At 9pm??? Asked for a refund only to be told this can only be done by me going online. Not holding out much hope for a refund. And going to bed hungry!! Will 100% never use Pizza Hut again!!!

Ordered a delivery of 4 pizzas to have them delivered around 17:30 according to their system to then have a phone call at 17:21 that I need to collect as they have no delivery drivers. This was Friday 21st January. When I said that I wanted a refund as they can’t deliver and I was unable to collect, I was told to go through customer service which do not take phone calls and it’s email only. I have emailed them with no response at all and it’s now day 6. Phoned the store and spoke to the manager asking him for my money back as it’s still not refunded, only to be spoken over and being told that there is nothing he can do. Its an absolute joke, it’s not alot of money, £22,60, it’s the principal of him not being helpful and the customer service is an absolute joke as you cannot speak to a physical person and no response to email complaints.

Ordered two pizza, the delivery did not turn up I phoned to find out where it was only to be told it was delivered. 2 hours later They finally delivered two new pizzas and found out they no longer use there own drivers.

Ordered salad £3.99 not delivered with pizza can’t refund when we called they said they replaced it with orange tango!. Told to use website, doesn’t work. Absolute no interest in customer service. Idiots

Cheap but so disorganised. Takes forever to get served just to collect an online order. When they do serve you they just start serving delivery drivers when you are at the counter. And the order wasn't even ready at stated time, was delayed by 25 minutes. Better to pay a bit more and get it from somewhere capable of making fast food. Front of house is also filthy with cobwebs and dead flies in the corners. Top of hand sanitizer which you tip towards you to clean your hands thick with dust. So goodness knows what the kitchen is like.
