I stayed for a weekend to attend a friend's wedding in the village. The location was perfect. I could get to everything, including the bus to Oxford, within minutes. The house and rooms were comfortable and the epitome of cosy. Susie, the hostess, is wonderfully kind, friendly, and helpful. Absolutely recommend!

Was easy to book online a couple of night before and the bed and breakfast was very quiet clean and tidy. Close to town for shopping and not far from Abingdon airfield that we visited for an event. Loved our stay. Thank you

Utterly appalled when owner walked in to "turn off the boiler because you have a window open". thought they had left but they had gone upstairs, closed window and further said, your daughter shouldn't be in that room. Well we were told we had the building (3 singles upstairs) were given a key for upstairs didn't need as all rooms open so just picked a room. Never had an experience like this one. Couldn't get the shower to work, the fry pans were too burnt, stained to cook breakfast, several dishes and flatware had to be washed to be used. Altogether unacceptable, lumpy beds, cobwebs hanging from the most woodworm beams ever seen (albeit stabilised). Wouldn't go back on a bet.Wifi for one device at a time only.

Clean rooms in an old house with nice garden. The host is very hospitable. A kitchen and a washing machine are provided. Certainly worth its price. I stayed there 4 or 5 times and enjoyed my every stay.

I stayed here for 6 weeks which is probably much longer than the duration that an average guest would stay here. Susie, the owner (and her husband Richard), do work hard for their B&B business. They have been quite helpful. I have no complaints, rather only the memories of their helpful manner.

One piece of advice to those not aware of B&B businesses these days: B&B may or may not offer breakfast (even though the "Breakfast" term has been retained from the past). The B&B where I stayed before S. Howard B&B did actually serve breakfast, but it was 20 to 25% more expensive. By the way, there is a well maintained kitchen with free tea bags/coffee. Sincere wishes for a happy journey ahead!

Arredi di carattere, fiori freschi in camera, vista sul goardino,, bagno spazioso. Situato a due minuti dal centro e dal Tamigi. Una bellissima casa.

Annapaola de Cosa

It's a traditional cottage, nicely furnished with original pieces and abat jours creating a warm atmosphere. Clean and tidy.

(Translated by Google) One of the nicest bed and breakfasts I know! Very individual rooms with tasteful, partly antique furnishings. The well-kept small garden behind the house can be used by guests. Sympathetic landlord. Located very centrally in Abingdon. Abingdon is a nice little town on the River Thames (here it's still a creek), north-east of London. Beautiful countryside, ideal base for touring Oxford, Blenheim Palace,...(Original)Eines der schönsten Bed&Breakfast das ich kenne!
