Had the unlimited breakfast here, staff were helpful, food was hot and plenty of it. Clean and tidy.

Staff appeared to be tired, I assume some team dynamics problems going on! Really strange, first got to restaurant, no one desk so asked at bar and was told by a staff member to wait by other desk (quite abruptly!) Then that same member of staff came over and sat us!! Very strange.Parking: Main problem was we were given the wrong postcode when we booked! Really not happy. We used Oxford as a mid way family meeting point, after driving two hours, last thing I wanted was to be in wrong place. When booked on line the conformation came back with postcode OX14 4PD, but this is not correct! When we googled the restaurant the correct postcode was OX14 4TX

Stopped over for lunch on Nrw Years Eve. We were able to charge our electric car at the BP garage next to the restaurant. We had to download an app, but it all worked well for a stop off on our journey. The food was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We all had two courses (starter /main), and the options were varied, steaks were good. There are also many vegetarian options.

Waitress was incredibly slow and lackadaisical. I had to wait 10 minutes to be served. The guy sitting next to me had to go and pick up the drink he ordered with his meal from the bar while she stood there watching. I finished my dinner 15 minutes ago and I’m still waiting for her. Was going to order a dessert. But not now. I’m sure she is a nice person and all that but don’t clear the table next to me when you know I haven’t ordered and you are my waitress.

Went a few months ago for a Sunday roast. Was absoloutley amazing. Best roast in a long time. We then went last week and had the Xmas menu. It was awful. Frozen roast potatoes is not what I expect anywhere. The sprouts were rock solid as we're Carrots ?

We stayed next door at the Premiere Inn and had our meals here. The staff were lovely, but clearly over worked (and no doubt under paid), but they kept everything moving, the food was good and arrived quickly. The guy on the hot plates at the breakfast buffet was quite intense and a little abrupt. But the rest of the staff were 10/10.Vegetarian options: We had the Plant Burger with vegan Bacon and it was delicious.

Went for Sunday roast, but didn't book (bad idea) got in around 12.45 & was told there was no tables empty & that we would have to wait so had a drink, waited around an hour before there was a table free by then all the lamb & beef had sold out so had the chicken instead which was big & feeling all in all a nice

Good menu choice and sensible prices. Staff helpful and service quick. Had a really good meal and nice atmosphere.
Although busy with guests and walk in business, I was found a table quickly, food was excellent really tasty (chicken, chips and salad and a sundae).Real ale on draft, so a bonus for me, but overall relaxed enjoyable meal.Service was good, attentive staff, making sure all ok. Food cooked fresh and even though busy no undue wait.

My friend and I go once a month for breakfast once we have dropped the children off to school. The food is always freshly cooked with plenty of choice. We went at lunchtime too and they were more than happy to accommodate the needs of a child in a wheelchair as well as children with autism. We all had a lovely lunch experience.Kid-friendliness: Staff were happy to change orders when the food ordered wasn't what one child had in mind.Wheelchair accessibility: All on one level with a disabled toilet.

Just stayed at the adjoining Premier Inn we used the PI meal deal. A really warm welcome from the staff for both the evening meal and breakfast the next morning. Menu is the usual Beefeater one and breakfast was the usual buffet style. Food was good on both occasions and no complaints whatsoever - would happily use it again if ever in the area.
