Waste of money. I ordered kebab and I received just meat and fries, no salad, no sauce. Chicken was greasy without flavour.I will never order food from that place.

Got lamb donner on top of cheesy chips at the end of a night out and Got hardly any of donner meat and no cheese on top, I said I paid for cheese and then they put a sprinkle on top!!! Do not go here!!! plenty of other kebab shops in Banbury which are 100% better!!!

I ordered Kebab but it was just rubbish.It wasn’t a kebab in fact it was an Indian food. Too hot and spicy.Customer service was awful and staff were impolite.

Absolute rubbish on a number of fronts. I ordered a large doner and what turned up was a small at best and it was nothing but a pitta with some kebab meat dumped on it. No salad, no chillis. They should be done for false advertising. It’s like ordering a full English and gettin a sausage and a bit of toast.

wow ,how shocked are we,bloke had a bee in his bonnet,just because we asked for the salad that comes with it to have 2 things removed, so uber driver took ages to arrive and when it came didnt expect it to be stone cold and couldnt reheat it ,as it had salad in it.when we asked for refund told speak to uber they then said it will take 24 hours to be in touch. avoid at all cost unless you want 4th class service,correction no class service a good shop would have at least offered to replace it straight away,master kebab should close down by the reviews i have now seen
Please don’t buy from this shop. There is no salad in the kebabs. Upon phoning the shop, man said we need to ask for it(there was no option of asking it on Uber eats) as people are allergic to salads. I don’t understand who sells kebabs without salad. The guy on phone was rude useless making stories how the restaurant saves on salad. Seriously, this shop should get closed. My husband ordered masala fish kebab, the quantity of fish was too much but quality was poor. It looked like it was cooked yesterday and in order to make it taste fresh it was fried again. So literally we had Nan with fried fish and bbq sauce that’s it’s. Yes, that’s it. Never tasted this kind of food before.

Best place in banbury with no doubt the staff and the food is 5 stars. Some businesses need to learn from this one and the prices are very very cheap you can feed a family of 5 with less than 20£

Ordered for a night in whilst staying in banbury, was quite bland I'm afraid to say, chilli sauce really didn't taste of much atall, I asked for lots of chilli's and got 1! Huge portion of chips which we thought was great but they were cold. Even the lad serving us didn't appear gappy to be there! Wasn't very friendly and didn't even get a smile. Sorry guys, we chose a different place following evening.

I visited here as my regular kebab shop was closed for refurbishment. I can only say that while the food was relatively nice, although not as nice as my regular, the customer service was almost non existent.The staff made absolutely no effort to engage with the customers or make us feel welcome. It felt more as though we were for a favour than actually paying them for a service.While waiting for the food the staff would be shouting to one another and had the same lack of engagement with the customers who came after us.There was a good amount of chicken in my shish kebab which had a very good flavour. Although I would have preferred a homemade chilli sauce rather than one from a pre-bought bottle.Like I say, the food was okay all things considered. However, I do not think it was worth the price that was paid for the food and especially not for the service given. I will be returning to my regular shop when it reopens.

Awful experience at this ‘takeaway’ as we didn’t in fact take away anything we had ordered.No salad on any of the kebabs making them the driest on the planet. A portion of chips missing. When I called the restaurant to enquire as to why we had paid over £20 for something I can only attest to be the most unappealing looking kebab we had ever seen, we were told we never asked for salad and we were wrong. When asked about the chips and a replacement kebab for the ones we hadn’t touched we were told by the rudest man on the phone that wasn’t happening, but if we drive back for chips that we had already paid for they would provide them, so kind.Overall won’t be going back, rude, Incompetent staff providing below sub par service and food. AVOIDHad to provide one star as Google will not allow 0, on the plus side they did provide plastics folks, just as enjoyable to eat as the kebab would of been.
