The atmosphere and service of this store is horrible. The drive thru in particular in the morning has a lady who speaks extremely fast and rude you can barely hear what she is saying. I always have a problem with my order of a frappee being charged double the amount in which was asked. I did not have time to fix the issue but it seems they dont know how to make a frappe correctly or charge the correct amount. She puts just the drizzle on-top when its always suppose to be lined in the cup and that is a procedure not a special request! please fix this issue! I worked for this store for 4 years 10 years ago as a manager! and at this point im irritated and will be coming in next time.

Ordered online and not only did it take 45 minutes to arrive (no fault of the driver he was waiting there as According to the app) we got the whole wrong order but it had the correct receipt on it and we would have eaten it anyway but the food was rock solid from where it’s clearly been left out for a long time how can I feed myself and my kid with a “treat” if it’s colder then tbe McFlurry I was SUPPOSED to get

Six of us swung by here on a Saturday evening - all the burgers were cold, and the fries were like slugs. McDonald's is McDonald's, it's never great, but OK in a pinch, but this particular branch was taking bloody liberties with how subpar it thought it could get away with food being.

Utter garbage!! Order bacon double cheeseburger with fries - burger was cold! Took it straight back - replacement had no bacon in it!! Took it back - bloke returned the same burger to me with COLD bacon added - last visit to this joke of a fast food outlet
This drive-through, Mac McDonald’s suffers heavily from congestion. It’s not in a great location in the town of Banbury and as a result you often end up having to wait at least 5 to 10 minutes to reach the ordering point in the car queue. Once ordered we arrived at the food delivery window in around another five minutes and eight hour takeaways in the car park since the restaurant itself was extremely busy.
