Placed order over an hour later phoned told 5 minutes. Half hour later turned up. Customised order bit they got it wrong. Sadly won't be ordering again.

IF ZERO STARS WAS AN OPTION!Ordered at 19:05 - delivery quoted 40minsOut for delivery at 19:36Phoned at 20:12 told it would be another 15-20mins and that it was on its way out with 10 other deliveries.At which point I said I'd cancel the order- I was then offered additional items for free - I then realised I was being lied to about the order being on its way. I said I would cancel and he had to go and check with someone else. I then eventually cancelled and he said he didn't know how long a refund takes "always changes times" what ever that means.Overall the service was awful, the staff lie and I will be going into the branch this afternoon to take the refund in cash.Also will not be using papa johns again.

I don't like Pizza but i loved the one sold from PAPA JOHNS when my wife bought from PAPA JOHNS infact i have to visit them and got for myself when i was in Banbury for work.Cheers ?

I gave these guys a second chance, giving them the benefit of doubt as my other experience with them wasn't good either. This was meant to be an early Birthday treat.This pizza is cold, chewy, hardly any toppings. Where is the cheese!!! This was meant to be the garden party with added sausage. One piece of sausage and two chunks of tomato on one slice?? If they coudnt possible be even more cheapskate, by playing poverty with the toppings. Sausage that looks like dried kibble.I woudnt even give this to my neighbours dog to eat. Massive let down. NOT WORTH the money. Maybe they did this because it was deal for £10.00 on collection, rather than the full price of £23.19. Thank God i didnt pay the full price of £23.19! This is not great food quality!!! Vile. Also asked for an extra dip which they charged me 69p for when they are meant to be 59p. Wish I would have gone to Caprinos or maybe picked up a pizza from Iceland. Order 70648671

We’ve always been fans of papa johns.. until we used the Banbury branch. On two separate occasions the order has been wrong, staff couldn’t care less when it was brought to their attention. My wife was allergic to one of the wrong ingredients placed onto her pizza, luckily this was noticed early on. I wouldn’t recommend using this branch unless you’re desperate..

I Ordered the solo deal for one for a treat! Bit of a letdown. The toppings on the pizza were all over the place like a hurricane had hit it! Come on guys stop scrimping on the toppings! Its not cheap pizza! And i did think about getting one from Iceland, but i decided to treat myself veer Papa Johns!! I had a half and half pizza, one half all the meats, the other half Garden party. The half with all the meats, should have been sausage, pepperoni, Spicy beef, ham and bacon. There was no bacon on any of those slices unless it had obviously chosen to wear an invisible cloaking device! Two slices were missing pepperoni entirely, and there was hardly any spicy beef, about 4 pieces of spicy beef spread across 4 slices of pizza on the meat size. One slice of spicy beef on each slice! Nows not the time to plead povery on bacon and spicy beef! Please sort out even distribution of toppings!
Rubbish pizza , awful taste the sauce and the meat with spices they put is totally off. If you want to enjoy good pizza this ain't the place.

Food was good, but was ripped off over price - should have been a BOGOF but were charged full price (paid by card and not given a receipt).

Pizza was fine slightly cold when delivered, delivery was slow and when the app glitched I called them to see how the pizza was getting along and the employee was quite short and rude
