Was going to buy a kebab from here today until I saw the amount of grease in the window and seen a rat run across the kitchen window. Also to add it looks like there’s mould growing behind the cooker and looks as if they’ve never cleaned it. Very unhygenic if you eat there you’ll probably get poisoned. Do not reccomend.

Absolutely awful service. Paid for my food and extra portion of meat. Was told the extra was on my kebab only to find less than a scoop of meat. Completely just gave me a small kebab and charged me for a large with an extra portion of meat. When I questioned this on Pick up they laughed and said its on the kebab. A blatant lie as I found out. I would also add none of the staff wear hair nets or gloves amd are sweating so bad you can see it dripping.. this put me off my meal which I gave to the dog

Great bunch of guys serving here, really friendly and helpful. I asked for lots of chilli sauce and they didn't disappoint! I love a proper chilli sauce where its poured on from a pot with a ladle rather than from a bottle, it was nice and warm and hot and spicy...Great taste! Kebab meat was delicious, not dry like some places.... just perfect, big fresh juicy chillis and the Garlic sauce is soooo good too! Did not dissapoint, we'd had an awful kebab in banbury the night before so this more than made up for it! Thank you!

Absolutely vile. Chicken meat and chips there was no chicken the lamb meat was cold the chips were cold hard it was like they were cooked the day before. My burger was dryer than ghandis flip flop and was swimming in Mayo

This was once my favorite kebab shop, it's sadly gone down hill. I asked for an extra large shish, with extra donner. The meat is just as cheap as they could buy and very low quality fatty even for a kebab. It used to be so good! What happened?!

Just had a delivery, burger tasted very vinegary my partner got half way through and is now being very ill. Called them and they didn't care they blamed the delivery driver then said their burgers sometimes come vinegary really!!! Won't be going here again

Ordered combination Royal Kebab, got no onion rings and no pitta breads. £15.50 plus delivery for a pizza box of meat! First and last time for me.

Half the order arrived. Rung & rung ~ when hey finally answered I gave them our name & address they hung up. Rung 7 more times, finally answered & was told ‘he’ had packed our order & it was all there.It was not. Eventually told they would send out another meal - the missing one. Nothing arrived. Have our money - full order never arrived.

This used to be my husband's favourite kebab place. No more. Last night he cycled there to pick up a house special with all the salad and chips. He realised they hadn't put in the salad or the chips when he got home. Which he'd paid for. He rang them and they were going to deliver the missing food, but they never did. The kebab itself was nice though. Always check your order!!
