You need to update your opening times on the Starbucks App, just waiting until 7am for you to open to be told it’s 07:30am. App says 7am and got here a little early and sat waiting.

The staff here are always fabulous. Currently being refurbished so looking a lot fresher. Not much (any?) GF choice, but the soy hot chocolate is very nice. Parking in Gateway. Limited to 3 hours I think but check signage for most uptodate information. Highchairs available. Disabled toilet with babychange available. Limited outdoor seating. Takeaway available.

It's a relatively small coffee shop, but when I visited (Sunday pm) it had plenty of seating available. It has a pleasant atmosphere and music playing. I love the festive drinks menu. Definitely recommend eggnog latte and chocolate cake pop.

Hello, so i've been to this coffee shop twice now, both times being poor. The Price for a coffee drink that's a medium is 4.05p which blows my mind with how much Profit they make. In general coffee at the moment is just ridiculously expensive. This place is a 'Coffee' shop, they should make great coffee.... however the do not. A coffee drink should not burn my mouth on the first sip, milk should be taken to the temperature of 55–65°C, 65°C for perfection. My drink feels like its at the temperature of 85!! I must of waited 10 minutes for the drink to be ready to drink. Yes i understand people can drink coffee at a hot temperature without getting burnt but that does not mean they should be making a coffee incorrectly. I should not have to ask the barrister to make my coffee the wrong way, people should have to ask the barrister to make it HOT the incorrect way. After the coffee was ready to drink i would say its a week coffee strength but quite tasty, personally i do like a Strong coffee myself. Rank of 6/10 for taste 4/10 for strength 1/10 for preparation Thank you.

Very nice, staff were excellent. Coffee was Starbucks which equals weak soil water but all was as lovely as it can be. The decor is beautiful and the staff were working very hard to get everything done, hats off to them.
Very scruffy could do with a good clean old cups plates and food debries on the tables and many coffee cup stains on the tables. Three staff but not one of them was willing to bring our coffees to our table. Very poor Starbucks you need to up your game this branch is a disgrace

4 people behind the counter, not one acknowledged us. A server was being spoken to quite rudely to by, I'm guessing, her team leader. When she served us she looked embarrassed but apologized for keeping us waiting. She was lovely & friendly. But, unfortunately they didn't have oat milk (dairy allergy) so we left.

For the team in NEW Banbury Drive Thru opening today - I have very picky order when it comes to my coffee (I know, I'm working on it), but the whole team was so understanding, and went beyond to fulfil the order to my expectation! I asked for an iced venti caramel macchiato with oat milk and Whipped cream, easy! Firstly couldn't hear me at the window so had to drive round, fine. I received a grande so smaller than I should have got. The coffee and milk was mixed, it shouldn't be like this with a macchiato. I had no syrup, and no caramel drizzle. What the actual???? I couldn't even drink it, it was vile! To add, when I got the drink the lid wasn't on properly and i spilt half of it down me and in my car! To add, I'm a barista and when I received my drink I was mortified. I know it's a new store but staff need training. This is so so poor. What a waste of money!!!
