If I could give no stars honestly I wouldFirst off the staff struggle to understand what you are saying I asked for a bmt and a meatball and instead of doing meatballs he starts making a seccond bmt and uses the same bread when ur was pointed out which in itself is cross contamination.The lady who walked past had AirPods in chatting away and laughing with her friends on t phone, why allow ur staff to do this it’s painting a bad imagine for your store.Then to top it all off the lad who served me tried to tell me I can only use points for one sub and one side and tried to tell me it says it online which is a lie in itself. Then he changed his story and said he can do both sides and the one sub. Whole while he was giggling to himself thinking he was slick even though every subway participates in the subcards.Lastly the bread was rock solid on the bottom which is why you have a tray when u put it in the toaster not just the thin deli paper.Awful store bad staff slow service, don’t know how they pass inspection

terrible slow service, staff have ear pods in chatting to there friends on wats app every time i go in this shop. while making orders one particular person keeps flicking through her friends list on wats app to connect to another friend while making food orders chatting away.why do you let your staff do this, i have never seen this in any subway shop before and is highly annoying waiting for food and there having a laugh and joke speaking to there wats app friendswhat is the point of having gloves on , when you keep pressing your phone with the gloves on

Went into Subway on the High Street in Banbury today and I have to say, the service was terrible. I asked for a steak and cheese footlong and said I don't want to go for the meal deal today thank-you. I will just have the sub. Then the lady asked what drink I would like. I said again that I only wanted the sub on it's own. She then said.. no meal deal? Again I said no thank-you, just the sub please. She put it together with hardly any steak or cheese and proceeded to close it up to go into the oven. Every other Subway I have been to ask what salad I would like. I said oh sorry, can I have some salad please. She reopened the sub and I said (without her uttering any word whatsoever to me at this point since I entered the shop) Could I have some red onion, tomato and just as I paused to decide what else I wanted she closed up the sub (without a word or asking what else I would like) and put it in the oven. I just thought wow! And just gave up and reluctantly just accepted things the way they were. Shocking customer service.. no communication at all through the whole transaction apart from another girl there who was sat on the stairs who said thank-you to me as I paid £7.99 for a sub with hardly any filling in it. The first and last time I use this branch. What a waste of money and what awful service. We live and learn.

Slow staff was in a rush and took ages to get served. Staff was very rude didn’t get a smile or a hello or a have a nice day at the end of service. Staff had AirPods in the whole visit and didn’t swap gloves in between making orders very bad service in general.

Good place to get food especially if you are in no time to cook! Good selection of sandwiches to choose from and you can always mix it up if you are into that sort of thing, however, when you go in, there isn't much of a 'happy vibe' but that being said they are friendly and patient with customers, overall, would recommend if you are into having a reasonably priced sandwich with different options on what you can get. 4 ⭐.Dietary restrictions: Please check for allergies in the first instance.

I recently visited this Subway and had an outstanding experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome by the staff. They were incredibly friendly and helpful in answering any questions I had about the menu.The food quality was exceptional as well. I ordered a foot-long sandwich and was impressed with how fresh the ingredients tasted. The bread was toasted to perfection and the vegetables were crisp and flavorful. I appreciated the variety of toppings available and was able to customize my sandwich to my liking.The customer service was also noteworthy. The staff was attentive to my needs throughout the entire visit, making sure that my sandwich was prepared to my liking and that I had everything I needed to enjoy my meal. They were friendly and approachable, creating a welcoming atmosphere in the restaurant.I would like to specifically praise the staff members . They went above and beyond to make sure that I had a great experience at Subway. They were patient and attentive in taking my order, and even suggested some additional toppings that I ended up loving. Their positive attitude and exceptional customer service made my visit to Subway memorable.Overall, I would highly recommend visiting this Subway in Banbury . The food quality, customer service, and staff are all top-notch, and I left feeling satisfied and impressed with my experience.

This is the worst subway I have ever been to. Please, please, please do t spend your money here. The one in Grimsbury is so much better.I had ordered through just eat and it never arrived. When I contacted them they said no one came to pick it up and said I needed to call just sat for a refund. I said I’d go and pick it up and when I arrived he had changed his story. He now said it had be picked up but delivered to the wrong place. So he made me wait while he made it again. No apology, or any sort of customer relations. Seems to be a running theme with this one in the high street. Buyer beware!!

Quite easily the worst subway when it comes to value for money. They are so tight with the fillings. You leave there feeling like you've been robbed. Completely boycotting this place and going to the one in grimsbury from now on and I would recommend anybody else to do the same

Worst subway in town, just had 3 footlongs delivered from them and all had very little veg and sauce, bread didn't seem very fresh and one sandwich had a huge black hair in it.... Not recommended
