Chips were undercooked and fish was the worst tasting thing ever I think possibly gone off and soggy batter. Whole lot went in the bin.

I ordered a meat lunch box and had got kebab with it and I got home and the paper the box was wrapped in was drenched in grease when I opened the box the kebab was quite literally dripping with grease and was very fatty.

Ive been going here every now and again for the past couple of years. The value for money is outstanding, honestly one of the best I’ve ever seen. Serving sizes are generous with low prices, and decent food. 10/10 would recommend.

Has this been taken over from original owners this was place to go for fish and chips spent £16 on chips thst was raw in center loads of them not just off one got large fish batter so grease and thickcould not eat it and fish tiny inside like medium fish was double battered wont be back again shame waited ages people behind me in orders getting theirs first dont mind odd person but loads all with bigger orders then mine

The place is under new ownership since I last visited but the new staff were very good . The chef still needs some training on how to apply batter and shake off the excess as the food is cooked nearly perfectly but there is too much batter causing it to make air pockets and separate from the food . The batter then becomes hard and unedible.
