My uncle arranged for my sister and me to stay here, we loved the rooms we were allocated, they are beautifully decorated and the attention to detail is fantastic - even providing an additional mirror in front of the window, which was great for doing your make up in.The room was lovely and warm in a cold December night, with an extra blanket. There’s a fan if you’re warm, they’ve really thought of everything! The lady that checked us in was really friendly and a us feel at home. The Inn was very quiet after 11pm.The bathroom is gorgeous, I had a bath and it was so relaxing, it felt like being on a luxury getaway. I’d definitely stay here again!!

This is a place with an excellent atmosphere, great people and accommodations that had more amenities than most hotels I’ve frequented !! The garden area is very large and a good place to unwind with adequate parking. Add that’s it close to shops and restaurants PLUS a great group of locals that make you feel welcome and you’ve got the best of everything. Try it for yourself

Paid to stay 1 night advertised a restaurant, but the chef had left weeks ago, so there is no food .went into town for food and came back for a night cap at approx 9.30pm.The place was closed!!! Even for residents, so had to go back into for a night cap!!!Ridiculous

We stayed here for the weekend, the room was clean and spacious, it had a lovely en-suite. The inn was centrally located to town.Rooms: We had room 2, the Inn is situated on a very busy cross roads, so if your warm and sleep with windows open... take some ear plugs as traffic starts early doors, but not a lot the Inn can do about the noise though!Walkability: its very close to town... only a few minutes walk to town centreFood & drinks: The Inn does not serve food!Noteworthy details: Its room only, no cooked breakfast, they did leave us some 'Pot oats' for the first morning though!

Stayed here to attend an old friends funeral in Banbury and found the staff to be really helpful and pleasant. The room was excellent value for money with a few little extra touches (pain au chocolat for instance) that you wouldn't get elsewhere. Would definitely stay here again

We had read the reviews and the reviews for The Three Pidgeons were extremely good especially Sunday roast. It looked like the best place in Banbury, however were bitterly dissapointed. We went for lunch on the Sunday after Fathers day so thought it would be quite and they would have time to give us their full attention. How wrong we were. The service was appaling. The young girl took our order and brought our roast meals we had ordere and . that was it. She didnt ask us if we wanted drinks or if everything was alright. We had ordered a jug of gravy which didnt turn up but was charged for. The food was mediocre but what was unbelievable was that the roast potatoes were cremated. Totally unedible and should never of been served.Rock hard and looked like coal. There was no one to complain to at the time as there were no staff anywhere.

Gorgeous pub, old fashioned, really low ceilings, lovely setting, friendly staff, usual prices.Calming atmosphere, bit of background music, enjoyed our stop off for a quick pint, had some games and things aswell and a nice outdoor part, and another bit with darts and pool, and you can stay overnight aswell.

Meet up with long list friends here as it was relatively central to where we all live these days. We drive and managed to park in their car park and others travelled by train and were able to make the short walk from the station.Staff very pleasant and attentive and looked after us well. A couple of decent beers and the food was well cooked and presented.Would recommend if you are in the area.

Called in about 12.30pm on the off-chance for an early Sunday lunch. I think we were probably the first there.Options were beef, pork or chicken. We both opted for the roast beef - it was excellent! Second time we have had Sunday lunch here and it has not disappointed on either occasion. The cost was pretty standard for a pub Sunday lunch. Well worth it.I have no hesitation in recommending this venue.
