I am so disappointed with the decline in this place. I had been eating these pizzas since the bodicote pizza tent times. The food has just become very bland & very ordinary. I must say - when you go into the restaurant, it is always a better experience than the delivery service. My food has been late multiple times now, arrived luke warm at best and i have felt conned to be honest. I will sadly be boycotting this place from now on as they have let me down with the quality of their food & service around the food for long enough. I will have to revert back to one of the bigger brand pizza services because atleast they are consistent with delivery times and quality of food. I hope they manage to turn it around for the business' sake because loyal customers just are not going to stick around im afraid. Good luck guys

Sadly Uprose is not as good as it used to be. Used to be consistently excellent but last few orders have been poor. I realise every business has an off day but it’s got to the point where the experience is more often bad than good. The cheese on the last pizza I ordered had a really bizarre spongy texture. Other pizzas the dough has been really bland - the dough used to be the best in Banbury. I wonder if rising costs have meant a change in supplier and lower quality ingredients - personally I’d happily pay a couple of £ more for the pizza to return to the standard it used to be. My pet hate is dips being missed from an order - and this has happened multiple times. If you try and phone to report an issue with your order, no one answers - only a mobile number on the website. So frustrating. The dip pots have reduced in size quite considerably. Sadly Uprise just isn’t what it used to be :-(
