We ordered through justeat from the Carterton subway, they didn't even make the sandwiches for an hour and a half!! Delivery was quick once they did but the driver forgot half our order, that's not subways fault but when we rang to complain they were very rude over the phone and said "I suppose we'll have to do a partial refund".. no apology. Then 2 hours after my son ate the chicken from you guys he became violently ill! He clearly has food poisoning and was the only one who ate the chicken. A friend also told usbhebwas very ill after eating that same chicken.. It had clearly been left out and gotten too warm. We will never eat here again. Awful awful awful.. an hour and a half to make poisonous sandwiches.. really bad :(

Very bad service. The staff was picking 3 onions 2 slice of cucumber for a wrap. I was shocked and thought they cannot even put things properly. Would say not worth.
Painfully slow service. Used to be good but the staff now work at snail pace. Standing in the queue watching them work is the most frustrating experience as my grandmother, despite the fact she’s dead, could work faster.
