Amazing owner, friendly pub, and from what I see amazing food! South African run and themed bar so feels like home? and biltong aswell as droewors being sold! Owner went above and beyond with service. Thank you Roger!

Nice alley pub just tucked of the high street. Visited a few times and always seems to be pretty busy Great service and an even better jukebox

Visited here for a beer. Greene King IPA was £5 a pint which was expensive for what is a very average pint but the beer we were all served was at the end of its life. Shame because the bar service was excellent and the pub has a nice garden. Didn't try the food.

Used to go here for food a lot before my friend moved out of the area (haven’t tried the new chef / cuisine update but I would definitely go back to try it because the food before was fab!

It was incredibly quiet for a Friday evening and I did not feel welcome. I’m sure different times of the day are better and maybe the food is good but I would never return for a weekend evening as I’ve never felt so unwanted in a pub. Its definitely a locals only pub in the evening.
