went to get dinner for me and my girlfriend. i ordered medium margarita and my gf ordered small margarita. her pizza came with extra cheese and mine came with none. i phoned them up and said what happened and they turnt and said “no you ordered margarita no cheese”. after having them receive a complaint from me they said they would refund me ontop of a replaced pizza. they refused to deliver and im still waiting on this refund .

Wrong pizza delivered, rang up for a replacement. Took twice as long to arrive compared to the original order. Nearly £50 worth of pizza spent and not even an apology. Won't be ordering from here again.

The space is designed more for takeout than dining in. It's easier to order online (take advantage too of savings) and then collect.

I ordered over £50 worth of food for a kids party. I didn’t hear the pathetic knock on the door and then 2 hours later I wondered where the hell my pizza etc was? I rang them and the person on the phone was SO rude and made next to no effort for me to then get the pizza I had paid a lot of money for. Still waiting for any food to arrive and I’ve got a house full of hungry kids.

Dry tasteless pizzas, ridiculously expensive. Stop trying to reel people in with the vouchers. Trying to charge £65 for 3 pizzas is almost robbery , particularly as the quality is so incredibly low. Even with the voucher it was still £42 . Everyone, stick with the independents, don't be taken in by these wallet burglars.
