Asked for salad to be separate to the sub, not extra just separate. The staff member refused. Quite mean I thought.

Tuesday 19th of September went to get food and it was 8:20pm and the door was locked and 2 staff members counting the money but it says they close at 9pm. Thats 40minutes before close time. Change your times if you will close at 8pm. Or train your staff to stay open till 9pm. The subway in Abingdon serves till closing time even if you walk 10-15min before close time yes they may clean but they will serve you. The one in Wantage need the manager to pick on his lazy staff members. I am regular there as I live in Wantage never happened to me before the manager does his job but the new members that were hired do whatever they want. I will just use Abingdon one as is managed better!

The guy serving me today was very rude. I ordered the correct sandwich and he made me a completely different one, when I said I didn’t want it he got stroppy and was saying impolite things under his breath. Management you should train your staff better, I’m disappointed in the service I received today and it’s put me off coming to subway. Other customers were in the store during this interaction and it was embarrassing. I get that staff have bad days but his attitude wasn’t the best, it’s not my fault he didn’t make my order correct!

Very poor service, rude staff, dont know how to deal with customer, waste of time,I have asked something and got angry on me and also i said not to put lettuce see put that, dont know how to cut the bread as well,There is only one staff with very poor training…Moreover they will refuse your coupon code saying that we wont accept here, our owner is not accepting any kind of coupons or voucher codes..

Horrible customer service. Staff were very inefficient. They serve one customer at one time, so from the start to the end, even while waiting for the bread to be toasted. I have been to many subways and this by far was the worst. They didn't know how to use my sub points to redeem my sandwich. I waiting 30 mins in queue (of 5 people) before it was my turn.

Opening times seem to be wrong - here at 9:10am and the place is locked up and closed, despite Google and their website claiming they're open at 8am.

After 3 months of patiently waiting - it is impossible to 1: claim or receive any points for your SUBS and 2: grab a receipt - the service is OK but if you collect rewards or need a receipt for business expenses - AVOID this branch at all costs. The franchisee just cant be bothered to address the issues and instead leaves their staff to deal with customer complaints!
