Used to be one of the better subways, now very average. Constantly understaffed, nearly always a queue and never more than one member of staff to be seen during peak hours. Not sure if management has changed or company policy but consistently having to wait 20+ mins because there simply isn't enough staff is off-putting. Usually I see people walk out getting bored of queueing. Food is ok, sometimes things are forgotten but usually not too big a deal.

Nice food, great staff, clean place, air con which is great, just bear in mind the subs can go cold on the metal surface quickly if taking them home.
If you want to wait nearly an hour for 'fastfood' go ahead. Dreadful service.

I visit this subway 3 times a week as I’m staying down here for work.The lady I see most times I go is one of the friendliest staff I have ever meet in a subway store . She always greets me with politeness and happiness.The store is always clean to a high standard and always takes pride in making sure I have a nice salad box to eat for dinnerSubway should recognise what a great employee they have in this store and will be visiting it many more times in the future.

I have been visiting this store regularly and would like to say that the service has been excellent especially the lady that works there most days , she has been very friendly and helpfull . Will be going back

This is the reason I do not like eating out. I told the woman wearing a face mask around her chin not her mouth and nose what what I wanted then I told her the second sandwich I wanted going on to only make the second sandwich and completely forgetting the first. After this was sorted I had a current deal voucher for 2 6-inCh sub meals for £6.79 , automatically gave me 2 drink cups I said I want two coffees please she then tells me coffee is not included in the deal when I clearly told her it was even on the back of the voucher it's stated a hot drink I told her this and still refused the coffee she tried to charge me for two separate drinks I have no idea how people are given jobs when t. vigorously at this chain I was served by a young guy who was super nice and made a perfect transaction .Giving two stars only because sandwich was hot

I have just been here for lunch & ordered a 6 inch sub to take away, I ordered Ham and when I got back to work I found there was only 2 slices of ham in the whole sandwich! Staff clearly haven’t been trained or don’t care, avoid this franchise!
