Fabulous spot, wonderful warm atmosphere, exceptional traditional Italian food. Went in for a spot of pasta, ended up staying for a full three course dinner, wine and coffee and ended up in a great conversation with the restaurant host and two nearby tables. Had the burrata starter, arrabiata and limoncello cheesecake (game changer). Highly recommended will return on the next trip to Oxford ♥️

Really friendly fun place that is not excessively priced.

A wonderful cosy welcoming restaurant. We were made very welcome by Petra and Andrea, and had such a wonderful lunch we actually returned in the evening!! The food is plentiful and totally delicious, and I would have no problem in recommending Brothertons as a top place to eat in Woodstock.

We had, as we have had before, an excellent all round experience. As locals we feel really lucky to have Brothertons on our

Had a great lunch today, warm welcoming atmosphere and plenty of dishes on the specials board. We enjoyed a caraf of red wine and antipasti to share, the spaghetti special was delicious. Will be back - I'll save room for pudding next time! Thanks ?

Awful food. Cannot stress how bad the food was. Tasteless mushroom soup. Lasagne with bits of some white meat in it. Rubbery seafood that was on the very edge of going off. Sauce that had a very strange flavour and can't put my palate to it.Brothertons are cynically using Blenheim Palace as a cash cow for poor tourists that will pay and never return. This place is bad for the town of Woodstock which deserves better.La Galleria (which was wonderful and one of our faves) has been 'sorbed into this Brotherton's monstrosity and make no mistake that if you think anything is left of poor La Galleria, you'd be wrong.Advice: stay well away.

Good value, good portions and good service made having lunch here pleasuable. You can park easily enough on the street in Wooldstock for a reasonable price so it is a pleasant place to do some shopping and have a meal within the 4 hours allowed. I am sure this restaurant is fine in the evening but it works for lunch for sure.

Lovely restaurant. Delicious authentic Italian and those leaving poor reviews for food and service are clearly just used to your local Ask Italian or the chain alikes. Very attentive service. Although very busy, educated me on the difference between cannoli and cannelloni ? Perfect for a date night! Only regret is it's not local enough to stagger/waddle home from the good wine and food.

We dined at Brothertons Brasserie as we were in Woodstock to see the Blenheim Palace Christmas light show. We arrived at the restaurant without a reservation but greeted at the door by one of the waiters who promptly seated us. Food was excellent the service provided by the middle aged male waiter was exemplary, both attentive and friendly. What I also liked was the fact that they didn’t automatically add a service charge to the bill which seems to be the norm these days in the UK. We will most certainly return when we are back in the Woodstock area.

We were put down in the basement area, took 10 minutes to just get menus in fact we were only given menus when the table next to us ordered so they could give their menus to us which only covered half our table so we had to pass them around as the staff didn’t want to give us the appropriate number of menus. The food and drinks came extremely slow, starters were not great, came warm, when the mains came they forgot one of our orders and made out it was on it’s way, the majority of us had nearly finished our mains when they came down again to say it’s nearly ready with no acknowledgement they had completely forgotten one of our orders. Would highly not recommend with this terrible service and experience we had.

Very much enjoyed eating here. Made very welcome by the waitress, and although we arrived early shown to our table. The pizza garlic bread amazingly delicious. Our main courses all different and very tasty. We were able to stay at our table without any pressure to vacate the table.Yes, I would happily return here.
