I ordered a meal from here for me and my family and received only half of my items. I then was issued a refund for £2.40 on the deliveroo app for the missing items which came to far more than that. The food came cold and partially missing and i will never be ordering from here again. Had they refunded me the price of the items i wouldn't be so harsh as to write a review but to steal from a customer is a disgrace.

Don't use Subway, every time I will order, they said not in stock! And had to order different! I will not use it always!!!

Ordered 2 subs. not even started making them when we got there. Got badly wrong not what we ordered. I like Subways, but will not go back here unless the management sorts it out.

I come here regularly throughout the week and the service is always brilliant. It’s a busy shop so I order ahead so it doesn’t affect my lunch break. The staff are always friendly even when it’s hectic and they have a long queue! A great experience. 10/10 5*

There should be an option of giving absolutely ZERO stars. I was walking to my girlfriend's house and decided to stop for a quick bite. Ordered with a lady who didn't speak clearly whatsoever, mostly just mumbling. Don't even get me started on her colleague. Had a proper attitude on her and when she managed to wrap up my sandwich, she literally threw it over the counter and threw the card machine down at me. I wish I took pictures of my mangled sandwich so you can see how terrible my experience was. I even struggled to take it out the packaging because when she threw it, the paper got caught inside the sandwich so most of the filling fell out on to the side walk. I run a restaurant and I'd have a stern talk with her about that. She'd be lucky to still work for me is all im saying. I'll never ever return to that subway ever again. Teach your staff a bit of respect. There's one young lad there that serves with a smile, I don't know his name but when he served me, I felt taken care of which is all a paying customer wants.

WORST SUBWAYS EVER! dont know where to start I ordered my foot long the first guy asked wrong questions about cheese then used the wrong scoop to so I had hardly any chicken put them in the grill over cooked them so all the bread fell to pieces and tasted stale. Also the chopping boards looked dirty they picked all the dirty bits off and put them in the bin then touched my sandwich were totally up professional and slow. Has really put me off subway.
