Very average, the food is exactly what the patients get to wards so no change for them, it would be nice to have better choice, especiallyfor patients in the rehab centre who are here for mo tha at a time, just for a change! Cheese toasties would be a great option too, the ones at ARI Aroma were great and very easy to do!Coffee is decent though, much better than the vending machines dotted around the rest of the hospital.Wheelchair accessibility: Good access

We found this wonderful cafe a few months ago.The ladies serving afternoon teas etc are lovely and friendly and always welcome us back. They also serve delicious hot lunches that we have had on numerous occasions. So glad we happened to find this wonderful place.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp up to door.

The Cairngorm Aroma is a busy cafe situated within ARI near the main entrance. There is a good range of light lunches, sandwiches, and hot and cold drinks. You are required to order your meal at the counter. Service was quick and friendly, and the prices were reasonable

Friendly attention, fast, friendly. Economical prices. Please note that we only accept cards, no cash. The menu of the day is usually very, very well done. And those for special holidays are really worth it. Generous portions.

It's not a place you want to be in but if you have to be in Woodend then the Aroma cafe is a nice quite place to relax. Great friendly staff everytime I'm in.Decent rolls and a fine coffee.

Bright and airy surroundings and very clean . Pleasant and polite staff and average food prices . Went in twice in one day - early morning - had bacon roll - worst I’ve ever had ! Tough and tasteless hard dry roll with 3 slices of cold fatty bacon . On the up side coffee was lovely. Went back after medical appointment and had a cake and more coffee . A good selection of cakes and biscuits and enjoyed that much more than previous visit .

Odd menu choices - chicken lasagne and stovies with beetroot. However, excellent, quick service. And the food was tasty!

Good choice of hot food for lunch.Would have been 5 stars if the chips & peas were not so dried out, but everything else good for a small Cafe.

Editing my original review to one star. This place has really gone downhill over the last few months. Used to eat here every day at work and now I'm turning up at 12, 12.30 to find all the mains are sold out. Only thing they seem to have a plentiful supply of is the chips. Seems an odd lack of foresight and planning especially now the pandemic's over and the public are regularly filling the place out again. If you see a queue at lunchtime don't bother joining it, just head up to Tesco before the kids from Hazlehead Academy clear the shelves there too.

I am a vegan so good fresh vegetables are important to me these were packs of frozen vegetables that had been boiled they are not catering for everyone only for the meat eaters I asked for just vegetables they said they were going to charge me the rate 4.60 that they charge everyone were they going to give me double the amount as I was not taking the meat ????? Very very poor variety for people who don't eat the run of the mill British diet of meat wheat and sugar I don't eat any of that so I had to go hungry it needs to get into 2022 very old fashioned choice of food none of it healthy it's a hospital for goodness sake give us good fresh wholesome food please
