On Sunday the 25th August 2019 at about 11.30 I went for a coffee at the Bon Accord centre. I handed over a £10 note but I got change from £5 only! The member of staff from a European country got angry and indignant when I queried this but didn't check the till. As I am not confrontational I just sat down but I will not be going back! Staff are getting ripped off by my management and in turn the public are also paying the price!

Pretty good. However wish the cue had more space since if you have a big order and someone behind you has their order sorted it's a bit condensed to just go around due to the nearby tables. Small issue sure but a complaint none the less.

In the short time waiting staff made mistakes on four orders, and a fifth error on mine. Disorganised, falling salary apart and slow. If you're desperate for Costa, try a different branch

This is a good place to go and get coffee and also a quick bite to eat. All their drinks are delicious and I would definitely recommend this shop to go to. Also the staff are very polite and friendly and also helpful and they do a really good job.
It's my favourite place and I often visit this place.

Terrible management. Spent 20mins of my lunch break waiting in line only to be told they weren't able to process my discount voucher today on an offer only valid today that I have used at this location before. Absolutely no indication before I joined the queue therefore utterly wasting my time.
During this time I watched at peak lunch time hours, while the queue barely moved and saw no adjustments made by the management for such a long queue or to stop a member of staff stacking shelves while many were waiting for food or drinks.
Terrible experience - save your time. Go to Tempo across from them if there's a queue.
