Had our Xmas meal for 26 of us last night and was great. The service was very good. Veronica ( I think that was her name) was excellent with seeing to our needs. Definitely would go back.

I came to the pub on the 13th October with my friend. We had a meal and some drinks. The server, Evan, was excellent. He was extremely accommodating and professional. I will absolutely be visiting again thank you to this excellent service!

My boyfriend and I came here tonight for a meal and we were blown away by the service and the food was both exceptional! I had the bang bang cauliflower, which was a little too spicy for my taste but it was delicious none the less, and my boyfriend had the creamy mushrooms and they were also delicious. Our server came to collect the plates and inform us that our mains were ready. The speed of service was excellent, the staff were very attentive especially Weronika and Konrad.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Very happy with our visit tonight. Our complements to the chef, the food was all amazing and our server Hamish was absolutely fantastic. Very professional, friendly, and great with our kids. Hamish went above and beyond to provide us top quality service from start to finish. Great selection on both the kids and adults menu and all reasonable priced. Vegan offering for breakfast is not worth what it's priced at. The food is ok, served quickly and it was hot, but basic. Asked for soy milk, told they didn't have any but I could have skimmed milk instead...they did find some soy milk thankfully but staff need some training on why cows milk isn't a substitute for a plant milk. Won't be rushing back.

I am not exaggerating when I say I was disappointed after visiting 7 to 8 restaurants from Google search and local recommendations in the Highlands just in search of traditional haggis all the way to Aberdeen and finally my wish of eating traditional "haggis neeps and tatties" finally came true at Brig O'Don. This place is a hidden gem. The place is huge and spacious, quiet ambience, clean and the staff is very friendly and respectful.Yayyy!!! Being a foodie, I love traditional cuisine, I can now say my trip to Scotland was complete. ??

We were just going for a last minute pub tea and this ticked a box. We went knowing it was a chain and that the food would be mass produced. Knowing that we got what we expected. Perfectly edible with a wide menu. It would have been a 4 star review but for two things. No coleslaw. One dish was chosen specifically by a coleslaw fan and it was only after being served to food that we asked where it was and was told none. More importantly the service was poor. We eventually managed to get our bill but after sitting waiting to pay for ten minutes we gave up and paid at the bar. It was the same when we first arrived. Stood for ages before being seated whilst some (not all) of the team ignored us. But overall fine food if you have low expectations.

Love this place. Stopped in for lunch when looking for Lidl (my son who had just moved into the university's student village). It was so good, both food and service, we went back for dinner later that evening!Parking: Lots of parking directly in front and you could use the Lidl car park, which is attached, if you need to. I pulled in and parked in Lidl, I went to lunch at the pub, and then went straight in an did my shopping in Lidl!

We enjoyed staying at Al and Carols hotel. They are new owners but were great hosts that were welcoming and wanting to please guests. We also ate there and the food was delicious. Would definitely stay there again when next in Aberdeen.

Ended up eating here 2 nights in a row on our holiday as it was difficult to find somewhere for a party of 11.They couldn't have been more accommodating and friendly. The food was all perfect and came out really quickly even though there was a lot of us.We can't thank the team enough.

I've been going here since before it was the Tipping Hatter, 20 years ago. The Steaks are usually good, whether it's rump, rib eye, or the 32oz Tomahawk. If you like a Greene King pub, you'll like it here. During this visit, we had Crispy Squid & Halloumi Fries as starters. Both were nice. 12oz Rump Steak with Egg topper and Large Haddock and a portion of Onion Rings between us. Steak served medium was tender and really nice. The eggs were over done for my liking. The Haddock was served as 3 large Fillets. The batter was Crunchy and the flesh Flakes. It was too much, but was good value. With 1 pint of lime and soda and 2 bottles of Peroni Libera came to £50.78. Well worth it.

We decided to take a walk up to this place. 5mins walk from home. The place was really quite empty. Loads of tables hardly anyone sitting outside. We asked we were looking for something to eat. Asked if we had a booking which was a no and then told they had been too busy and couldn’t feed us this was at 19.30 on a Saturday night. I’m sorry but if it’s not organised for a Saturday night to serve meals. I could understand probably if the place was full but I counted 4 tables with people eating. The other thing we were only looking for something off the sweet menu. Not good
