Just grabbed a quick tea in here to have a work meeting. Very busy place, but quick service. Had to sit at a table which had dirty cups etc for the duration of our visit as it was the only one available.

Good coffee, decent food, like other coffee shops really, reasonable amount of seating.

Paid extra for decaff only to realise that their decaff is preground and stored in an open container. They have at least 2 fancy grinders there. Decaff is low volume I know, but it’s not much too much for them to store whole beans in a jar.

Pleasant and comfortable in this branch on Union St. The flat white was creamy but lacking in Crema. Staff smiled but only when taking the orders. Tables needed clearing and cleaning.

Great coffee, Patricia and her team always make you welcome.

Fast, friendly, very friendly, personal service. The fancy piece was expensive compared to the reasonably priced latte. Overall a big thumbs up

The coffee is still great but the atmosphere is really lacking compared to the Market Street store that Nero closed. Not enough comfy seats and too dark/dingy.Staff are friendly and give great service however!

Absolutely first rate customer service will be my overriding memory of this Caffe Nero, the team were wonderful; a well as being very efficient and professional they were also friendly and really welcomed the custom that you were providing to the store. Come also for what I consider the finest coffee on the High Street throughout the UK, still independently own and this shows. The space was spotlessly clean and well presented, a truly pleasant place to spend some 'down time' Highly recommend that you visit this Nero!!!!!

I'll never understand Cafe Nero's way of ordering, with the barista doing everything rather than having different roles like most other coffee shops. It takes ages to be served, coffee is fine. They do charge for plant milk (except soy) and didn't have any vegan croissants or flapjacks left.
