I’ve been staying at the Copthorne for a couple of nights each week for nearly 2 months. I’ve been really enjoying staying there, the staff are super friendly and welcoming (especially Ladda and Sveta) which makes such a difference when you’re a regular guest. Great service in the restaurant from Caitlin and Dakoru. The fish and chips was delicious! Big shout out to Hyleni in the kitchen.The rooms are also lovely - unsure if it has had a recent refurb? Will definitely be back when I return to Aberdeen.

The Hotel was in an ideal location never far from any amenities the city had to offer. All the staff were friendly and helpful with any needs we had. We were a group of 7 ranging from 82 to 40 and all of us would recommend the hotel to our friends.Excellent venue.
I stayed in the hotel for a work trip and the staff were absolutely brilliant, they really went above and beyond what one would expect and really made us feel welcome and looked after. The room was warm, comfortable, spotless and I really enjoyed my stay. I'd definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel with nice rooms and food, but what makes the really big difference is the outstanding staff! The friendliness and helpfulness of Rachel at reception and Mahi & Paul in the bar & restaurant has made such a huge difference to the stay, and myself and my colleague have both really appreciated their good humour and kind assistance after a long drive up to Aberdeen. If staff bonuses exist here, they should get them! :-)Food & drinks: Tasty chicken burger as recommended by Mahi :)

Was taken for an afternoon tea for my birthday today. The staff were excellent. Unfortunately the same can't be said for the food. Starting with the sandwiches which had nice fillings but had obviously been sitting ready for a while as the bread was hard. The scones with jam and cream were lovely. Unfortunately the rest of the cakes were awful. The pans au chocolat were hard, the very small muffins were dry and tasteless and there were 6 chunks of something that we did not know what they were but on tasting were either very hard or tasteless.I have to say at a hotel of this calibre I was extremely disappointed.
