On Saturday tea time I ordered a pizza. Having ordered always from dominoes before and always been good. I don't know what happened Saturday but pizza was cold on arrival it was horrible. The peppors was still raw it was very bland edible but that was it. I'm afraid that me finished with do.dominoes.inoes torry branch.

Staff really rude on phone.Made an order and was told due to time of night they don’t ring the door bell…:So how would you know they are here.Staff on phone hung up on me and was very rude.

Neice ordered a pepperoni pizza with meatballs, bbq sauce base with garlic spread. On arrival pizza swimming in grease. I called shop and was not impressed with assistant. She said it would be greasy due to garlic spread and pepperoni. I asked if I could send photos and she said "I don't need photos as I know what it's like." She's had this type of pizza several times before and has never been as greasy. The assistant offered a voucher to be sent to her phone but still waiting for it. Please see photos for reference. Disapointed to say the least.

Went to domino's on Saturday and ordered and payed for pizza but unfortunately I didn't quite get it the way I ordered but I was recompensated with the pizza i wanted and with no extra charge.

Pizza was a standard dominos, nothing to write home about. So Collected from the store and it was like the staff did not want us to be in there, they were all cleaned up and ready to close and it was barely 10pm
Absolutely useless ordered 2 pizzas and 2 sides and they forgot 1 side ? Hardly a difficult orderPizza was soggyspent over £35 waste of my money wanted to leave 0 stars but won’t allow so my one star review is not by choice

My order was a joke. I ordered a pepperoni pizza, first it came with no sauce, the driver said thats not in the car and left, no sorry, nothing. Fair, i opened the pizza just to see that the pepperoni is burnt and the sweetcorn didn't even see the oven tonight. On top of that they didn't even bothered to cut it. When i called they said that they'll be able to send a replacement in 40 mins. After already waiting 40 mins for the burnt one i tell the lady on the phone that the other pizza that i ordered will get cold. Unimpressed she tells me that she can't send me 2 pizza when just one is wrong. No sorries or anything. After telling her that i don't want another pizza i only want the other one to come quick to be able to eat with my partner she says that she'll try to send it quicker. Again, unimpressed.Second pizza came at least cut and less burned but overfilled with cheese and still slightly too cooked. When i said to the driver to take the first pizza back to the shop he casually suggested me to bin it cos it goes to the bin anyway.From service to quality nothing could have gone worse. I wish i could give less than 1 star.
