Ordered two vegan sausage rolls for my girlfriend who’s a vegetarian, was then asked to repeat my order to the guy that served me because his ‘brain wasn’t all there today’ (not an excuse lol), handed me my order whilst I was putting change back into my wallet & thought nothing of it.Went back home to give my girlfriend her sausage rolls only to find they were the wrong bloody ones. Not a mistake that should just be happening so easily especially after the staff member asked for a reminder of the order.
When i went for a coffee and a snack the sausage rolls were cold,the bins were overflowing,there was a lack of staff the tables still had the last customers dishes and food on them.Also it is advertised that they opened till 9p.m. but due to the lack of staff they closed most of the seating area.Due to this i had to leave half of my meal as there were no tables or chairs available.I complained to Greggs directly and they gave me a refund of £10 which was sent to my phone in the form of a code which was only valid to use in Greggs own outlet.The refund was less than i initially payed.Finally if they believed i was due the refund i feel it should have been my choice where i spent it.

I think that stsff at greggs are so layed back been in shop two morning on and no sssage rolls ready or any pies and said another 15 to 30 mins fo not think this is good enough

Ordered here yesterday for collection. Arrived and my order wasnt ready. Went here today to stand in a very small queue to wait for 10 minutes before being served. Finally got my stuff, got home to find they gave me the wrong coffee. They could do with abother employee in here. Looks understaffed as only 1 person ever seems to be serving.
I think greggs us the best bakery going . The food is delicious. Not much selection of cakes & buns though but apart from that I would definitely recommend going there
