When approached by a lovely young lady who I can’t remember her name but she was studying Human Resources at uni and seemed very passionate about her job and very high standard of customer service! I walked out with the items I needed with a very big smile on my face! Such a great asset to your establishment.

Just been in here with my other half to get stocking fillers for and a few things for Christmas, lady that serviced us (never got a name but she was blonde) was incredibly rude, looked at us like we were a piece and never smiled at all the whole time we were in the shop… maybe she should think twice about working in retail especially around Christmas time! because it’s people like her that loose your custom, rude as hell. the lady that serviced my other half however was lovely and smiley! Won’t be back.

Without a doubt one of the best places to buy chocolates and other cocoa based products. Well informed staff and shops have a wide and varied selection of wares from white to dark as well as my favourite, less sweet. Staff will gift wrap purchase if necessary.
