Ordered food 8:14 pm it came 10:47 pm wrong order as I ordered 4 cookies but got chicken which was cold 4 corn on the cobs was only thing that was very hot next time I would like cookies not (CHICKEN) but don’t think I order again If I do order I will go into kfc than get it delivered people think before ordering online as they aren’t the best at giving you the right order to be very honest

Experience spoilt by one person talking loudly on the phone, swearing, and shouting. Very surprised the manager did not intervene. Refused to use the toilet as it was disgusting.

I ordered foor by phone accidentally selecting wrong location, but as I realised that I tried calling the restaurant multiple times with no answer, as I reached it, because I was unable to cancel my order to at least have it, I have been told that the food has been binned so there was no food for me and was refused a refund. The owner of location near which I was at tried calling the one on Union Street without any result.

Ordered a ‘Just Eat’ and when it arrived it was Stone Cold, unable to eat it, it was just terrible.
This is the worst KFC I have used. The place was absolutely freezing, staff never spoke the whole time I interacted with them. Obviously to ask about my order. But apart from that there was no words passed their lips or even a smile. They looked miserable & obviously just going through the motions. The food was warm. Never use this place. The toilet was warmer than the area we sat in. I enjoy a KFC but would do without rather than use this excuse for a restaurant again.

The food is fine its as per you would expect from KFC, but the place needs a good clean and tidy. The floor is greasy, the surfaces dusty and grubby.Food is fine, and kitchens look clean, but customer area needs a good clean up

This is a restaurant pretending to be KFC. I'm sure this isn't what the colonel imagined. They don't have promotional items, you know the stuff you see on the adverts, the things your kids ask for and plead for..like now its the stuffing stacker, the iconic Christmas item....they don't have it, or alot of other favourites. Ask and you'll get a sheepish nervous women looking around for support and apologising again and again. They also haven't had hot drink for the last 3 visits. They restaurant is slimy, greasy....and cold in winter.....sitting with hat and gloves and seeing your breath doesn't make the experience fun. My advice.....McDonald'sKid-friendliness: Rude

Self service says to take a number..none available. Dirty tables. Disinterested staff. Cold chips. Disappointing. This branch needs a manager or supervisor that cares.
