Ate two nights in a row while staying at Premier Inn next door. First night, good food and service but second night waited almost a hour for food only for it to be delivered minus chips as frier not working. That information in advance would have been nice with option to change dinner. My food was hot but my husbands was cold so we asked for a refund. To be fair it seemed everything was going wrong that night so won't judge harshly on second night

Noisy because of the play area.Food wasn’t great. 2 meals for 10. But for. 5 quid it was good. You get what you pay for! Also had breakfast there nice all you can eat.

Waited an hour and 20 minutes for our food to start arriving. People sat next to us who didn’t arrive until at least 30 mins after us even received their mains before us so no idea why ours took so long when we didn’t have starters. Asked someone about it to which they said they would check but never came back with an update so it’s seems they don’t like to confront any customers and just ignore their issues, I noticed this with a table next to us when they needed a highchair for a small child that ended up never getting one nor an update on when one will be available. A lady with short hair who I think was a worker in the play area(surprisingly), didn’t crack a smile once and had the worst attitude. The male manager I think it was, completely the same. Very unhelpful and shocking service. £60 for a family meal that was very unenjoyable so definitely will not be back! This is also not the first time we have experienced this from this place I’m afraid but this time definitely topped it off.

I always stay at the premier inn next door and find the Brewers fayre excellent mostly. Jodi who is a team leader/supervisor gives service above and beyond to ensure the patrons are looked after. She is a credit to the establishment 10/10 to jodi and the team Big mention to Jack and David also
Jodie was fantastic very attentive and helpful. Food was good and friendly staff. Will definitely visit again.

Food was quite nice had the gammon steak cooked nice, not a bad size either. However, the starters were massive! Which made it very good for value. Very cheap, and a decent place to go.

We only had breakfast here. I felt the set up was a bit haphazard the food was properly cooked but it wasn't warm enough. Never once saw it being probed,. It was put into the Bain Marie then forgotten about. Only saw one girl clearing tables. No-one about to help with toast, tea,or coffee if you were struggling. Need a bit more attention .lovely dining room. Plenty of room and tables nicely set up.

Arrived at the front desk to be greeted by a lady who grunted at us in a manner you would expect from Miss Trunchbull of Matilda fame. We got a half baked room number ? From Madame Truchbull And then a sort of stomp over to the desk where a smily happy young lady took over . Awful , all you can eat breakfast that was meant to finish at 11.00 Went to the buffet and there wasn’t much on offer however the trays did appear to be getting changed . By around 1030 (think it was earlier but can’t 100% remember so in the interests of fairness will say 1030) there was no bacon left . I sort of hung around the area looking for my bacon and was told it would be 5 minutes as it was in the oven ………… 1055 came and I gave up and left . Food was terrible , service was terrible and the offering was terrible . Would 100% rather starve than eat here again .
