Lovely place to have afternoon/high tea. Delicious sandwiches, very light scones with yummy clotted cream, and very savory sausage bites. We rounded out the high tea with delicious desserts ranging from Macarons to baby cheesecakes and aspics and Eton mess. Would highly recommend going here for a scheduled afternoon tea. Service was great.

We tried Molly's Bistro while staying at Douglas Hotel in Aberdeen and we were not disappointed. Molly's Bistro has a good menu with plenty of choices and we ended up with a decent pub meal. The fried haddock with chips and peas is what you would expect and hope for. The chicken tika masala was as good as any decent Indian restaurant quality.Good choices of ales and ciders on tap. Friendly and fast service from the staff. Oh yeah the dessert, apple crumble with custard is also recommended.

First time here with a friend. Bistro was clean, food was good - am a fussy Mac and cheese person but it got pass marks from me! Service was attentive and good. Thank you also for my birthday treat. Totally unexpected - loved it! Will be back - thank you.

Ate here before the overnight ferry. Couldn't understand why it was so empty when we went it, food was lovely. Staff were attentive and friendly and a plus was how great the music was! It's spotless and beautifully decorated. Not expensive either, would eat here again. We really were surprised it was so quiet in there.

If you want to discover the haggis, go to Molly's Bistrot, it's delicious! Restaurant with a good quality-price ratio and the staff is lovely
Had a beautiful meal here last night, as did my husband, brother and sister in law. Very friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere and not long to wait for food. Will definitely be back

My company booked for me at the Douglas Hotel, with a £30 allowance to use at Molly's Bistro. After arriving, they handed a menu and told me to look for a seat by myself, I am fine with this.People arriving after me were accompanied to their tables and asked directly if they wanted any drinks.I patiently waited to be served, but I felt completely ignored. After 30 minutes, I stood up, went to tell to the supposedly person in charged that this was unacceptable. No apology whatsoever, so I decided to leave to have dinner elsewhere.Cannot comment about the food, but the service was appealing and directly inexistent.

This was a chance happening. We were walking past and looked in and thought it looked lovely. Greeted by friendly staff member who showed us to our table. Lots going on and plenty of buzz. My daughter had vegetable lasagne and I had steak (well done - don't judge me!) with blue cheese sauce and chips. Two sticky toffee puddings to finish off. Very nice Argentinian malbec to accompany and a calypso coffee. Team were setting up for a large party that was coming in, but we did not feel rushed. Very nice. Will be back.

Had dinner here because it was convenient our first night at the adjacent hotel. Cullen skink and fish and chips were excellent. Service was attentive
