Found a piece of metal in my meal as I was eating it. Couldn’t stomach another bite after removing it from my mouth. The owner was most unhelpful, only offering a replacement, then a discount but wouldn’t accept I wouldn’t be ordering with them again. They eventually promised a refund but after a week they said the couldn’t process.Appalled and disgusted by their behaviour and the state of their food.

Salt and Pepper chips were covered in salt like the salt had fallen in the chips,we returned them as they were couldn't be consumed.The chicken was also covered in salt so much that we couldn't eat it. staff were rude and laughed at us as we had eaten a few chips and spoke in Chinese while laughing at us. They told us that all their customers like the saltiness. it was just to much and disappointing.We won't be returning and many others are saying the same

Myself and others ordered online and they forgot to check online orders creating a back up.Also when ordering online it's more than ordering In store, but you can only pay via cash in store they don't accept credit cardsVegetarian options: Same Chinese optionsParking: Parking at front or rear of the shopWheelchair accessibility: All in one level without large steps

Ordered my usual meal tonight but they had changed the dish it was disgusting covered in salt and chillies and hardly any black bean sauce put the lot in the bin won't be back it says new management so don't know if they have gone for more cheaper food grades.Vegetarian options: Tofu was disgusting not the usual puffy fried tofu this was disgusting

Ordered a delivery for 3 people earlier tonight(6.30pm) and informed delivery by 7.15pm. it is now 8.35pm and still waiting on it!!! Tried calling since 7.30pm nonstop, getting no answer as phone is constantly engaged, obviously left phone off hook. They took payment off via card but no meals yet. Disgusting behaviour from a restaurant, don't order from here unless you're willing to chuck money down the drain. Happy to take payment from you but don't delivery food. Talk about ripping folk off, raging ain't the word for it????

We ordered from this restaurant and were advised it would be a 30 minute delivery time. 1 hour 45 minutes later our food arrived. Barely warm and 2 of the chicken dishes had gone so mushy they were inedible. Contacted the restaurant and no reply. Would not recommend this restaurant!

Was ordered beef Mongolian! Omg something disgusting went straight to bin! Ordered beef noodles,beef was so glum no taste at all ! Avoid!

Decided to get a Munchie Box!! Shouldn’t have wasted my money it was inedible tasted like they had poured a full salt cellar over it, wiped off some of the salt to try to get something to eat chicken was Horrible chicken balls looked more like nuggets and meat was rubbery, salt and pepper chicken was overcooked and dry, even the dog wouldn’t eat the spareribs. Went in the bucket which in my opinion was the only place it was fit for!! Avoid unless you have money to waste

Complete disaster it never came tried phoning either the line was busy or it was sorry someone else on the line. I'd avoid to be honest don't waste time or money. Tried calling 100 times.
