We booked for 4.30 with 5 children, and its now after 6.30 and there's no pizza still. They prioritise take away and treat sit in customers like dirt. Maybe we'll still be waiting in another hour.....

The staff there are AMAZING!!! so humble and kind and just WOW!!! What fantasic service. Thomas are waiter made our experience there so great, it was late in the evening and I had three hungry children, my child with austism was in sensory overload and things stressful but he was so compassionate and so great towards our family and me as a parent it turned what was just a quick bite to eat a whole relaxing happy dinning experience. their were so exceptionial ( for a pizza express) . I would truely recommend this restuarant. The Manager Leigh was so friendly helpful and kind and dispite it being a very late walk in she was welcoming and warm heartened towards my children and me. The food was great and Rebbecca ( another waitress) there helping us was also a star! Like Thomas. We really did hit the jackpot on this night dinning there with staff so helpful and happy. Would highly recommend. It wasn't the normal " pizza express" service they went above and beond and we had a lovely meal *****

After a long day sightseeing we were grateful to see an.old friend. Having been to many Pizza Expresses we were confident of a good meal. This restaurant did not disappoint. In fact we had one of the best pizzas we have ever had! The staff were friendly and welcoming. It was a lovely meal.

Was a lovely restaurant and the waiter with the blonde long hair and ponytail was excellent very welcoming and accommodating, but the staff need to be retrained on gluten free products, my son had the gf dough balls apparently but the staff weren't 100% sure they were gf and my son was back and fourth to the toilet most of the night afterwards. I dunno what has happened but need to be more vigilant on what they are serving thankfully atm my son only has an intolerance and not a full blown allergy otherwise could be a different review am writing

Shared American Classic pizza with my daughter. We thought it was the best pizza we have had in Aberdeen. Highly recommend it! The service was also very good and staff are friendly.

Always good to find a Pizza Express. Nice having the option of changing the bases and liking the new sundae's very much.
Visited for lunch on Sunday, food was great and the waiters/manager were really helpful sorting an app issue for me, will definitely pop in again when I'm next in the city!

Well known brand on many high streets, I do really like this one in Aberdeen. Relaxed atmosphere with attentive staff where any request is no problem, especially Beth, what an absolute gem! And her colleague who met me at the door but I forgot to ask her name. It’s the thing that makes a place, the staff!Thanks team ?

Popped in for a quick bite and had great pizza and even better service from Lee! Thankyou so much ! Food always consistent! Had ice cream to finish and a bottle of white which was very refreshing!

What a nice experience tonight! Unfortunately I am away for work during valentines day. Oblivious until I realised that would mean me dining alone on a celebrated night for couples. AWKWARD! Put on my big girl pants and headed to the closest Pizza express (club app is awesome- lots of discounts if you are a fan) because its a easy favourite. Had a laugh with the staff regarding my table for 1 situation. Food perfect- classic pizza express quality. Service was great and attentive and everything as needed, with all requests met with happiness. Asked for a takeaway dessert as Its nice to have a sneaky treat before bed.... but mid snack I realised this was the note the server gave me..... how lovely. We had a giggle on my awkward dining experience, we talked about how being women it's always difficult being out dining alone. But this blew me away! So Niesa (hope this is the right name) thank you for supporting the lady on table 27 at approx 8pm. You are wonderful, thoughtful and a great champion of the pizza express brand! Hope they reward you well for the exceptional service. Happy valentines day!
