Worst service ever, staff was so rude , I ordered mocha and it was sit in. I waited for 10 mints but no one served so I went to ask for my drink and the lady from staff said it’s right there. Poor service it was my first time with them. I would never go

Love pret. Coffee and food as always very good. However, you apparently can't get coffee in a proper cup. They would rather serve it in a plastic cup and lid. Surely not part of the Pret experience. The cafe was very dirty and looked like it had not been cleaned all day.

Absolutely love everything at Pret. The hot soups are especially good on a cold day. The staff are always super friendly and helpful. I also highly recommend getting a subscription. It’s well worth the money if you’re a regular.

Theres a Peppa pig ride near the entrance that captures errant toddlers.Usually pretty busy with a wide variety of customers.Sandwiches are decent, prices are as you would expect for the UK.Wheelchair accessibility: No steps or changes in level so it is accessible from the elevators.Usually busy so the back seating may be difficult to navigate.

I am a fan of Pret , however when I visited on a busy Saturday afternoon most of the tables were full of rubbish from previous customers which was very off putting .

First time visit since covid and not the best experience service was ok but they give you the feeling you are in an assembly line in a factory. Coffee arrived only look warm as it was from a machine everyone's must be the same.did manage to get hot water which helped.
