“Our Walking Group had our Summer Lunch at The Globe Inn, excellent choices for everyone, great food, service was superb and we were well looked after by Caitlan and her colleagues. Nice place for a meal and we all enjoyed ourselves. Thanks”

“Great bar, the lively institution serving Aberdeen's university community and Old Aberdeen for 150 years. Lovely atmosphere and a fantastic selection of beers and spirits. Good selection of classic Scottish food we did not have the time to try on this occasion.”

“The interior is beautiful, nicely varnished and stained to give that authentic pub feel.
Staff were nice.
Was a little lacking in seats.
But the biggest complaint? The toilets were bowfing. Stank of concentrated pish. My eyes watered.
Staff should consider lending out some kind of mask to block out the overwhelming aroma of ammonia.”

“We have been here a number of times now across many years and always had great food. Firstly Scottish Tapas, then Bao buns, now fresh pasta. We had Beef Shin Ragu and Chicken Parma, both delicious with perfect pasta. A tiny menu but well executed. Quiet today as the sun was shining and they have no outdoor seating but have always felt lucky to get a seat in the past. Lovely bar staff and nice ambiance.”

“Dinner for four friends tonight in Mythri Restaurant. Four different choices of very tasty food, well presented and served politely and efficiently by friendly staff. Located in the Bridge of Don, but worth travelling to from afar. Mythri is about friendship and we will return soon with more friends.”

“Always stay in jurys/ Leonardo hotel when up in Aberdeen and always call in here for a pint. Haven't tried any food but the staff are always friendly, good atmosphere and the regulars are helpful to blindies like me. I'd definitely recommend paying aitchies a visit if you're visiting the Granite city. I'll be back tomorrow (9/7).”
