Booked a table for my Birthday today after previously having brunch that was great.Today was the opposite, when we was seated we waited 20 minutes and no one came to take our order so we went to the bar to place it. The poor girl was by herself, not sure where the guy went. The food then took 40min to arrive, my friend went up to ask how long it would be. Both there was only about 4 other tables so not busy. The girl did come and give us complimentary shot that was nice.When the arrived it was not hot, chips was cold. By this stage I just wanted to leave.Service on a Saturday 5 star, on a Tuesday lucky if it was 3.

Went for cocktails with the lads. Treated really well. Nikki specifically gave class service and sorted out our table the whole night. Would highly recommend.

I got rejected entry (with 2 forms of ID that weren’t even glanced at) all for talking to friends about my personal situation about my children, yet no one else at the time was being ID’d and nor was anyone that was invited to the event I was going to was, so unprofessional from the bouncer.
Amazing service from Sophie!! Afternoon tea and cocktails were so good and such a modern cosy environment to enjoy a child sunday but can even be the best atmosphere on a Saturday night out on the tiles!? So worth a visit! ✌️
