Came to out fuel on 27/01/24, the lady says annoyed that no fuel is available as she is on break and coming back at midnight. at midnight of course she was late and I was waiting around. Rude Lady, never coming back.

First stop at this She'll for a hot snack as I saw lovely hot food at the one in Cove. Unfortunately no warm veggie options immediately available, all meat but got a veggie panini warmed up for me. The member of staff was so cheery it made me smile. Even her colleague commented on her cheerfulness. If you want to start your day with a smile this is the place to go(and for hot snacks!)

Unable to buy a large coffee on nightshift (2am) whilst working on an Ambulance ?. Staff state policy is not allowing anyone in shop. Asked if possible to compromise by paying the coffees at the night hatch and get them handed out the door. Refused this also. Won't be back, takes a lot of time running between the hatch and coffee machine also. Missing out on trade!!!

Pure rip off for car related goods, £10.60 for 1.5 litres of ad blue, can buy 10 litres for £10 at Halfords..

If you put VPower in, you'll have greater performance, mpg and less maintenance on your car. It's worth paying a premium for the best fuel you can get!

This place randomly shuts as they please! Utterly hopeless. Wasted time twice heading there only to find they are closed! Waste of space! Shell needs to check how this place is run to keep up their reputation!
